This game is confirmed to be an open world, the fact that we saw multiple big maps gets me excited for the exploration, we never had a star wars game this big

I don't give a shit what the person is but the writing it needs to be a compelling character, with a reason to feel attached to the world and relate to. That is what makes star wars what it is, over the last 5-10 years the stories and characters just haven't felt great. Just my opinion on it though. People writing these games and stories have stuck to generic normal human characters but haven't explored or tried to be creative. There are so many creatures, aliens, races, planets and systems we have only seen in way older, clunky games need something new and refreshing.
At first I thought it was too much after just getting Jedi Survivor but if it's coming next year sure why the hell not. Plus it gives Star Wars fans exactly what they been asking for, more stories from the Star Wars universe that don't directly have to do with the movies.

At 3:55 you can't see it due to the cams but the Pikes reputation decreased after it was mentioned they caught you (assuming you guys didn't see that unless you rewatched the video) Pretty cool, probably means it's more than just dialogue affected when you do things in certain ways

starwars are now more strict with its canon. they want their adaptations in other media to fit the canon so they may use it in the movies or shows. so it makes sense to have the main character pre-made, just like Cal Kestis.

You have a Knights of the old republic remake coming. You have Fallen Order and Survivor for Jedi And you have Oulaws for Smugglers. It looks great, there are tons of things to do without a Lightsaber. Mandolorian was good example. It's fine to have something different. Yeah I think it's more an action adventure with RPG like systems, instead of a full on RPG. But yeah making our own character would've been great although the cutscenes would've probably not look this good

And it was up till Odyessy that they started letting you pick a different gender, but only one was canon. In this case, it'll probably only be her. Because how are you supposed to get connected with her character and experiences if you don't even see her. It being probably Canon as well, they're going to want to focus on her story.

I'm sure there are women who feel the same way about their video games. This is why I've always felt bad that most games usually feature a male protagonist rather than the choice to be a female or male. I've never played a game featuring a female protagonist. I just can't because I can't relate. I'll gladly watch movies with female leads. Watching a story is different than being a character in a story. I was hoping Ubisofts Star Wars game to feature a male and female protagonist like FC6.

The Tomb Raider games are absolutely epic imo, but this character seems very May Sue (ish). I hope it's great, but have my doubts.
