Wedding Rant - Traditions I Don't Understand and Things I'm Dreading

I'm getting married soon and there are some things I just don't understand. There's a party for everything. A song for everything. A person for everything.
My wedding planning has been pretty stress free and I think it's because I refuse to engage in some of the foolery. I'm frugal. I'm practical. And I'm too calm, cool, and collected for some of the shenanigans.
We're both excited as hell for our upcoming wedding! We're going to have so much fun and can't wait to celebrate with our family and friends!
However, I have to get some things off of my chest. So enjoy today's rant all about my wedding planning experience!

I enjoyed the rant very much. The only thing I would request in this video is video clips of some moments you mentioned, like a teaser. But, I think you're doing what's best for you. And don't ask people like me - I'd still do a courthouse wedding and a fullblown reception on another day - or a vacation wedding and a reception. I think it's imperative to be frugal during the wedding because a lot of that moment is a downpayment on a home. (Though, I wouldn't be frugal if I don't have to be lol)

Enjoyed the rant girl! What are we doing!?” Tickled me 😩😂 I feel you. Divorced here! Planning my first wedding was stressful. I planned based on what my ex’s mom wanted (because it was first born son) vs doing what I really wanted. When I marry the 2nd time around I’m doing exactly what I want to do. I’m not even open to any suggestions.

It doesn’t hurt to have a little bit of advice ﹠ help, but the helpers will always invent new ways to help spend your dad’s money if you don’t Question everything. You are a practical girl; You know your priorities, and your fiancé was lucky to find you.
