I agree, but I also think people can be fast without super shoes, it still takes lots of training but im sure they help. and it helps when you have great pacer! but overall good job!

You're saying he developed muscle memory from the single mile 3 days prior? This dude runs competitively year-round. A single mile 3 days prior wouldn't make a difference to "muscle memory".

Yeah, it's insane the level elite marathoners are on. Although Joey is also packing probably 20-30lbs more muscle than them, lol. Solid work! 🤙
