Love the Horse 🐎 The turtle turned out great too. I think I would paint the border a deep blue or black. I think it would make the turtle pop even more and blend in better to where the colored resin pulled away from the edges.
Gorgeous. I liked the frame both ways. For burns i find lavender oil and ice cubes. I spilt red hot soup on my hand and i kept using ice cubes wrapped in a tea towel or something like that and lavender oil. The next day you wouldn't have known that i had scolded my hand.

As for the colour of the frame, the black looks nice, but I would paint it the turquoise blue for pop - yes, turquoise is my absolute favourite colour, plus I love bright colours. The black is a bit dark for me personally. ❤😂
OMG . . . the paint lid sounds so much like what I would do😂. If you have liquid soap like Dawn, you can use that to keep the paint wet and it should wash out of the clothes.
The horse is sooo freaking amazing!! 😻 And you aren’t going to believe my background I painted for my turtle is so similar to your colors, though it is nowhere as pretty as yours! It is dry and ready for the resin part…so now I need to get that part finished! I don’t know how to share it with you or I would!!! I will show you next month! ;-)
I loved how the finished horse came out. All those layers! And the turtle turned out so good, too. I think painting the border black was a good idea. It really makes the whole thing pop. I can't wait to take your class in Dallas!

Awesome turtle project! I had wondered if putting glue in only certain spots would lead to bubbles under the turtle as I was watching. Didn't go too badly though! The horse turned out really well too! Would you ever use resin on an Aeon piece in the deeper areas of pieces you create? Looks like there might be possibilities of combining the AEON projects with resin, perhaps to add embellishments or something.
