God, this show is everything and I wish that everyone would watch it because it's so incredible. The acting (!!!), the story, the characters, the writing, the cinematography, and oh god the music. The soundtrack to this show is so damn beautiful and I just couldn't just choose one song for this video from it, I had to use two songs haha.
Hope you guys enjoy this and that it will get you to start watching it, you won't be disappointed. If you liked Lost, you will adore this show.

I have never cried watching a television show like I have watching The Leftovers. I think it's probably one of the best shows to ever hit television and I hate that no one is taking notice of it. Some of the episodes of this show are so beautiful they should be held up as masterpieces. Love this video!!!!!

S- I read the Book before I saw the Series. . I took out the DVD from my LIbrary a few months ago and saw the 1st Season which I liked a lot. I didn't like the 2nd Season. I didn't like the Garveys moving to Texas. I thought when Kevin came back from the Dead twice I thought it was unbelievable. I have not seen the 3rd Season, yet. How did you like the 3rd Season without giving me any Spoilers. Thanks

this feels like a massive allegory for simply existing in the modern world with what feels like we are living with dead systems we all know failed and actively kill us but we don't know how to change or stop it so we just keep on living to forget its even there to begin with
I think this show is so great because you can put yourself in the shoes of the actors. We all have loved ones if this was to happen in real life I can see people acting this way.
This series is a masterpiece, I will never forget it! Every moment touched!

3 years on and I still think about this show every day!! Tragically under-appreciated.
This show will always push me down and lift me up. I re-watched it recently because I needed to, life was smacking me around, and I was having trouble with the idea of closure. These are really good highlights of what happened in the show. Hell, I don't/didn't always like this show, but I love(d) it always.
the show started not long after my father passed away and i can tell you it helped me alot and for that im greatful for this show

oh, and my father disappeared, in 2006. august the 14th. (yes, the 14th) and after so many years, although I felt like I got over it, the series helped me get over it on another level.
I live in constant fear of my parents dying and this show actually helped me deal with that fear. Sorry for your loss.
Greatest show I've watched
It took me a while to make the following statement, as there are many shows that meant a lot to me over the years. But I've come to the conclusion that The Leftovers is the greatest tv series of all time. Nothing comes close to its depth, its intensity, its care for detail. And the fact that all three seasons are so different one from the other, almost like different genres, yet so perfect in their own way... hard to put its uniqueness into words. An extraordinary, wonderful piece of art that deserves to be seen, re-seen and discussed forever.

The leftovers captures things that are unable to be put in words. The experience watching this is extraordinary beautiful yet soul-touchingly painful as well. Truly an experience I am forever grateful for. Incredible
Wow! Those scenes between Erika and Nora are some of the best dramatic minutes on TV ever. Good job capturing the essence of the show and why we fans are so obsessed with it. I am both anxiously awaiting the finale -- and dreading it at the same time. I don't want it to end.

The guy who plays John was so underrated. In a show full of amazing actors he gets overlooked. The clip they showed of him in this video was fucking perfection.

So sad it ended. Been trying to get everyone to watch it. Emmy's really missed on not nominating any of these actors over the years.
Sad, but also glad it ended. I would have hated for it to drag on for too long as it would have lost its power. It is utterly criminal that the Emmys ignored this series.

I loved the show and the music is amazing, it adds so much emotion. The song ‘She Remembers’ is such an emotional and beautiful song by itself, and she added to this it is powerful.

2021 and still very touched by the Leftovers. The performances are amazing.. Carie Coon Justin Theroux Anne Dowd... brilliant. Max Richter is just perfect for this drama TV show. It makes me at the same time depressed and alive :)
Truly iconic series. One of my favorite shows of all time. So underrated. Gave nom explanations and gave zero fucks that it didnt. The music score probably one of the most iconic up there wit Game of Thrones". *chef's kiss!*

game of thrones is child’s play to this show. The masses focus on the fantasy to escape life this show showed us the grief and the raw emotion and struggle man goes through everyday.
