This Summer I went on a road trip around the Capital Region of the United States and visited the Talbot County of Maryland state.

Easton
- Tidewater Inn Hotel, Easton
- Legal Assets Restaurant, Easton
- Academy Art Museum, Easton
- Stroll around the shopping district on Harrison, Dover, Washington and Goldsborough Streets.
- Grab an Ice cream at the Storm and Daughters.
Driving through Talbot County’s portion of the Chesapeake Country.
The towns of St. Michaels and Oxford, and the watermen’s village of Tilghman Island.
- Have Breakfast at The Crepes by the bay St. Michaels
- Tour the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum
- History & Folklore tour with St. Michaels Harbor Shuttle
- Lunch: Ava’s Pizzeria & Wine Bar
- Lyon Distilling Co. Local rum distillery
- Eastern Shore Brewing - Oldest brewery on Maryland’s Eastern Shore
- St. Michaels Winery
Oxford
- Drive to Bellevue to cross the Tred Avon River to Oxford via the Oxford- Bellevue Ferry.
- Dinner at Capsize
- After dinner, see if the Scottish Highland Creamery
- The Oxford Custom House
- Robert Morris Inn
- The Strand Beach
- Oxford Conservation Park
Visit Tilghman Island: Drive through the watermen’s village of Tilghman Island.
- Breakfast: Two if By Sea
- Snap a selfie at the Tilghman’s Pride Mural
- Cross the Knapps Narrows Bridge
- Take a short walk in Tilghman Island’s Back Creek Community Park
- Tilghman Watermen’s Museum
- Visit Dogwood Harbor to the working crab boats
- Lunch at the galley Saint Michaels.
