@@janicecosentino525 Being an imperfect person isn't a crime. They're trying to weaponize the stigma of addiction. Being an addict doesn't turn a normal person into an abuser all of a sudden. No one is under the impression that addiction doesn't ruin relationships.
My thing is everyone saying “ohh he abused drugs and was a monster” and still all did drugs with him. So how did they pretend to want to help him and afraid of him “entering a cycle” when they literally and intentionally had drugs and alcohol around him and did them with him. If you are trying to support someone and help them kick a bad habit you don’t do that in front of them or around them. And certainly don’t ask them to engage, I.e Amber’s message telling him he could bring alcohol and/or a joint (can’t remember if cocaine was mentioned too) to whatever activity that was.
Now when I tell people what to do all I want to hear is 'I accept instructions.'

Oh, and then there was his business partner who disappeared (presumed dead) after River Phoenix overdosed at Johnny's nightclub. Some of you must be too young to remember all the Johnny Depp arrests, violence, and drug use of the past. When Amber was just a little girl so you can't blame her!

But the trial isn’t about whether or not he was an abuser… The trial is about whether or not she maliciously spread false rumors about him that caused him career problems.
Yes but if they can demonstrate that he committed domestic abuse then they won’t win the defamation case because her statements were true. That’s what they’re desperately trying to do.
Three points are important
1. that Amber wrote the Op Ed about Johnny
2. that the article she wrote was false and that he didn’t actually abuse her
3. that the release of the article effected his career in a negative light.
The judge pointed all three things out and when Ambers team wanted to get the case dismissed about 2 weeks ago she said that there is enough evidence for them to continue the case about all three points!

Elaine (Amber's attorney) asked so many inappropriate questions with Adam Walden's deposition because he couldn't answer basically any of them without breaking confidentiality since he's Johnny Depp's lawyer. So not only was it annoying but it was unacceptable. 🤦🏻♀️

For the people claiming both are abusers or that amber is the victim, in order to believe amber heard the following must be true:
1. The photos of johnnys injuries are photoshopped but not Amber's
2. The recordings don't say what they appear to say and when she admits to anything in recordings, she simply was placating johnny.
3. The three police officers that testified she had no injuries and there was no property damage are corrupt.
4. All the other witnesses are on Johnny's payroll and willing to risk perjury for him
5. Words like donate and pledge mean the same thing
6. Amber didn't lie about the dates in testimony in a court case she prepared for for years but she simply somehow misremembered the dates and was off by a whole year
7. Amber's lack of injuries in photos is because of makeup, including any swelling or cuts
8. Amber made sure to take pictures of johnny passed out as well as of property damage and record arguments between the two of them but failed to take photos of the worst injuries she claims to have sustained or catch johnny assaulting her or even admitting to doing so in a recording.
9. Amber gave a knife that was inscribed with "til death" to a partner she thought might accidentally kill her in a rage.
10. Either Johnny's former partners are lying or johnny suddenly became a violent wifebeater in his 50s
11. Amber's assistant lied about her SA story
12. A lesbian female cop lied about witnessing amber assault her former partner because she is homophobic
13. All the texts and recordings that show amber trying to stop johnny from leaving and begging him to come back was because she was afraid johnny would assault her (my personal favorite)
14. The recording demonstrating johnny hid in a bathroom from amber is just a huge act and amber didn't really mean it when she's heard saying "yes, you walked away. You did the big thing, the admirable thing."
15. All the other recordings or texts in which amber acknowledges johnny walks away from fights are somehow misconstrued.
16. Amber was a victim of dv but also got mad at johnny about not fighting with her and calls johnny a baby for being upset she hit him.
17. Amber is incapable of tears even when apparently emotionally distraught
18. When someone is genuinely concerned about their partners drug use, it's normal to take humiliating photos of them and send them to your friends
19. Amber simply mis-spoke when she claimed the first time she hit johnny was in the staircase incident after testifying to slapping him across the face in a previous instance.
20. Amber wanted to help the court photographer get a good photo, so she posed in the middle of emotionally reliving her worst experiences.
21. The recording from Australia where she's recorded saying "I didn't mean to hurt johnny" is her saying she didn't mean to hurt johnny while he SA her with a large liquor bottle
22. The witnesses in that Australia recording simply didn't see her injuries and didn't notice her limping after that vicious SA
23. Amber had the presence of mind to take photos of a mirror and some glass on the floor but didn't think to take photos of the blood from her SA, her injuries or the phone johnny allegedly smashed.
24. The housekeeper simply lied about the smashed phone not existing
25. It's normal for someone who's just been beaten and SA for 3 straight days to then go on TV the day after getting away from their abuser and laugh, tell stories and have no visible injuries. Surely you'd be traumatized and unable to do these things?
26. Amber was so afraid of johnny that she goaded him and antagonized him
27. Amber's parents had no problem with johnny abusing their daughter
28. Amber took men, one of which amber undeniably dated, back to the penthouse johnny owned while he was away to just talk
29. It's normal behavior from dv victims to defecate in their abusers bed
30. Victims often beg to see their abusers after getting away from them and then beg them to let them hug the abuser
31. Victims of dv in court try to intimidate their abusers by glaring and staring at them, while abusers try to avoid eye contact with their victims
32. Amber's op ed from 2018, in which she claims to have become a public figure for victims of dv two years beforehand, wasn't talking about the ex husband she filed for a restraining order against two years previously
33. Amber's allegations in her op ed didn't ruin johnnys career and reputation despite losing jobs and not being offered any new ones after said op ed

I was a child and sharing a room with my grandmother, when after a fight with my parents, she started hitting herself with her fists and pulling her hair screaming. My mum turn on the lights, draw back the curtains and opened the windows, so that the neighbours to see my grandmother doing it to herself. Guess my grandmother never pulled that trick again. She did other stuff but not that.

Amber knew about his past and insisted they do drugs together. She took advantage of him and his addiction, the whole time, knowingly.
Exactly like what I was thinking. They’re framing it like, “he abused drugs more frequently, meaning he very likely got more violent,” when it absolutely could be, “he was suffering from Amber’s incessant antagonistic tactics and physical battery, so found an escape in additional substances.”

Accusations amber has made that she's been proven to be guilty of:
1. Johnny is surrounded by enablers and yes men. None of her friends witnessed any physical abuse yet believe her despite having witnessed her volatility.
2. Amber would try to get away from johnny and he would prevent her from leaving. Recordings and text messages definitively prove that johnny had a habit of walking away from arguments and fights and amber would get angry and upset when he would do so.
3. Johnny is an alcoholic and drug addict. While this is true by Johnny's on admission, so is amber. At least johnny owns up to it and isn't using Amber's drug use as a way to hypocritically discredit her.
4. Johnny is an abuser and amber is a victim. While it may possibly be true that johnny has gotten physical with amber, all of the evidence points to amber being abusive and johnny the victim. In recordings, amber admits to physically abusing johnny but there's no such recordings of johnny nor are there any recordings where amber presses johnny on any abuse she's sustained. There is only recordings the other way around.
5. Johnny launched an online smear campaign against amber. While there is zero evidence supporting that claim, there are leaked group messages involving eve Barlow (amber new bff) and many random people that amber just happens to follow on social media. In this group, eerily named "shooters for amber", they discuss how to inundate youtubers and social media posters supporting johnny and criticizing amber with reports to attempt to get their accounts taken down and posts deleted.
6. Johnny is abusive to his assistants. While there is absolutely no evidence or testimony supporting Amber's claims, Amber's own assistant testified that she was verbally abusive to her and other witnesses substantiated that claim.
7. Johnny hit her sister. While amber and her sister claim that this happened in one incident, another witness completely contradicts that claim and their own description of the event doesn't add up. Amber, however, did attack her sister. There are court documents where someone claims to have been told by Whitney herself. And there is film of cast members in a reality show Whitney was part of asking about her sister beating her up. Whitney claims it wasn't real and it was staged but a producer has come out to anonymously deny these claims.
8. Amber has lost jobs due to Johnny's lawsuit. While aquaman 2 might give her the sack, as of this trial she had not been fired and she also just finished filming another movie. Johnny, however, lost two starring roles in high profile film franchises and isn't being offered other jobs as a direct result of Amber's allegations.
9. Johnny squabbles over semantics and what different words mean. Amber claimed in her deposition that the last thing you want to do is argue with johnny over what words mean to him. Yet, in the cross examination, amber tried to argue about the meanings of the words pledge and donate which we all know are not the synonymous.
10. Amber wanted a prenuptial agreement but everybody just "forgot" about it. Yet witnesses state amber refused to sign one and made a huge deal over it. Even though there's nothing other than the testimony of johnny and one other person I believe, we know logically that this makes no sense. Johnny's accountant testified they drew up a prenup because of course the wealthier partner would get one. Why would amber insist on one and how on earth would it make sense for everybody to just "forget" about it?
11. Johnny cheated on amber. While no testimony or evidence has been given to support this accusation, in deposition testimony, witnesses stated amber had an affair with Cara delavigne while married. Other testimony claimed she had a threesome with her and elon musk and that amber had late night guests over to Johnny's penthouses while he was out of town over 30 times. Video shows James Franco snuggling up to her in an elevator video with what appears to be an overnight bag after 11pm. Elon musk was also vidoed in the same elevator while she was still married and we now know they dated at some point, with amber claiming it was shortly after the marriage.
12. Johnny was verbally demeaning and called amber ugly names. While there is evidence to support this claim, there is also substantial evidence of amber calling johnny things like fat, old and a baby.
13. Johnny assaulted a former partner. While there is no evidence to support these claims and his own ex partners have come out to deny this, amber was arrested for dv in 2009 after an officer witnessed her strike her partner. Amber claims this cop, who was a lesbian, arrested her because she was homophobic.
14. Johnny leaked this information about her arrest to the media. While there is no evidence to support this, there is substantial circumstantial evidence that indicates amber leaked the video of johnny slamming cabinets to tmz. This video was leaked the day before she filed for divorce and the restraining order and in her testimony she let slip tmz had been alerted before the deposition.
15. A photo of johnny with redness and swelling on his face was photoshopped. The man who took this photo denied these claims and stated he saw it with his own eyes in person. That being said, there was multiple copies of a photo of Amber's face with what she claims to be injuries sustained from an attack. Each copy looked different and one of them ended up in people magazine. Amber claims she simply changed the lighting of the photo.
16. Johnny is abusive and demeaning to everyone around him including his sister and employees. While everybody who works for him or has a relationship with him defends johnny and characterizes him as kind and generous, there is alot of evidence of amber mistreating her family, friends, employees and a waiter.
17. Johnny won't let amber move on. While it is true johnny sued amber and the sun, amber was the one that decided to write that op ed months after the divorce was finalized and she had been paid her entire settlement. They both could have moved on but amber had to get one last jab in and it backfired on her.
18. Johnny's best friend, isaac, uses him and takes advantage of him. While johnny does allow Isaac to live one of his homes rent free and has helped his career, he and johnny clearly have a close bond and Isaac is very supportive, caring and is there for him. Amber's best friend rocky, rockys husband and Amber's sister also lived rent free in Johnny's penthouses, ate his food, drank his liquor and did his drugs. The only difference is they were not good to johnny, they took photos making fun of his horrific injuries, they lied about an incident involving the police and they helped hide Amber's extramarital affairs behind Johnny's back.
19. All of Johnny's witnesses are lying. There is no evidence to support these claims other than Amber's word. On Amber's behalf, the forensic psychologist she hired contradicted herself on the stand by first claiming amber only ever perpetrated reactive violence against johnny. When confronted with the facts, she was forced to acknowledge amber had physically and psychologically abused johnny. Rocky claimed to be Johnny's friend also, but photos of her mocking Johnny's severed finger and text messages about him tell a different story. Mr. Drews claims of an encounter with police were discredited by the police officers themselves and also their bodycam footage. Amber's sister Whitney claimed to have witnessed johnny attack amber and was attacked herself in an event that another witness claimed wasn't what really happened. She also claimed the reality show footage wasn't real but that's been denied by a producer and she never said on the show it wasn't true. She just said she didn't want to talk about it. Her friend IO claimed amber was strongly against cocaine but amber herself admitted to using as well as other friends.
20. Johnny would lose control and attack her in a rage. While there is nothing other than Amber and her sisters word that supports this claim, amber is caught on tape saying she just gets so mad she loses it and she can't promise she wouldn't get physical with johnny again.
21. Johnny begged to see amber after the divorce and restraining order was filed to be able to say goodbye. In a recording after those events, amber had gone to see johnny and is heard begging for a hug. I believe there was also a second recording that is similar.
22. Johnny would black out on drugs and alcohol before attacking her. While there's really no direct evidence corroborating this save for one text message exchange with zero context, amber was heard on a recording saying she couldn't remember getting violent with johnny one night but didn't deny it because she'd taken ambien and blacked out.

Did Johnny spend money on charities? Hell he was being viewed as a charity case by his wife. He provided room and board for all her friends and family.

hey whats the reason for different lawyers getting up and representing johnny?? when its usually the old lady on her consul thats speaking but johnnys had multiple lawyers get up and speak
Johnny is alot richer than Amber. He has to pay these lawyers a fortune but he has much more to lose.
Bc in cases with as many witnesses and other people to interview and investigate, they assign each different attorney to each different person that way one attorney isn't expected to find time to meet with each of these people separately and give them the time they need to speak individually WHILE the opposite parties attorneys are also present at the same time.
Both sides have multiple attorneys doing the exact same thing however Mr Depp *may* (bc who really knows) be paying extra to take the workload down off of each attorney handling his case. It *could* also be that that is how his chose law office chooses to work as a team and have nothing to do with Me Depp at all. Maybe Mrs Heard's team chooses to have just those 3 attorneys stand in court. (We've heard many more in the video depositions)
