Today, we are going to talk about the top five reasons why you might want the Toto Neorest RH in your home. When getting ready to shoot this video we ran into an issue. That is that we couldn't narrow down the video into only five top reasons. Today we have a little extra treat for you. We're going to tell you the top seven reasons, why you might want the Toto Neorest RH in your home.
Hi I'm Daniel Johnson, your bidet expert and the owner of manybidets.com. Where we've sold over 10,000 bidets in the last eight years.
The number one reason why I recommend the Toto Neorest RH, as the integrated bidet toilet combination of choice. The number one reason why many of our customers pick this exact model is, because of the value that you get for the feature set. This is a beast when it comes to features. It's everything you could possibly want in a bidet. It looks sleek, it looks classy and it comes in at a decent price point. We're dealing with a situation where most units that offer this feature set and this quality of build, come in at a much higher price point. This unit allows you to get it at a lower price point. Sure there are some things that you might see in our video. Top five reasons not to get an RH it has plastic access panels, it can be a little tricky to install. But, this is a unit that you will fall in love with and you'll do it at a much lower price point; than most of the other high-end integrated units on the market.
Reason number two, why you should get the Toto Neorest RH is the wow factor. This unit is going to look great in any bathroom. You have a sleek design. Where the entire base is just a solid, sleek piece of porcelain. What this does for us first of all, is it gives us a sleek design, again adding to that wow factor. It also makes it easier to clean. The cleanliness aspect of it is going to be easier, because of that sleek design. Also tied into the wow factor, the auto opening. When you have guests come over and they walk into the bathroom to be greeted by the lid opening. That's a wow factor, that's a talking point. It obviously isn't a requirement, in a bidet toilet combination. But, it is fun to have and it does add to that wow factor. Just for those of you thinking “I might not want that”, that feature is something that you can turn off.Don't let that alarm you. If you say “you know what, auto opening that's not for me”, that's okay. This might still be a good unit for you. Another thing that adds to the wow factor, really comes down to the aesthetics and that is the hidden cord and hose. This is connected to water right now. Unless I take off this plastic access panel, you wouldn't see the water supply at all. It is that sleek and that classy. You can also see on the far side, we have the power outlet. Literally, about as sleek as you can get and about as hidden of the cord and the hose as physically possible. A great unit because of the wow factor. That's number two. Again, the auto opening is a great wow factor. The hidden cord and hose and of course the overall sleekness of the unit, make it a very impressive unit. Many thanks Daniel for the reasons to buy? How do you compare this RH to the more expensive AH or 700H in terms of reliability? About the same? Am wondering whether the more expensive Neorests are worth it or not? Thank you!
Thanks for asking! The RH has the same reliability as the other two bidet toilets. The main difference when considering these bidet toilets is aesthetic preferences. The RH has 2 color options, to the 700H's 1, and has a more rounded look when compared to the AH and the 700H. Both the AH and the RH have plastic access panels where the 700H is one solid piece of ceramic. The 700H has a comfort advantage over the RH and AH as the result of a larger seat.

I purchased the Toto Neorest AH - I haven’t had it installed yet but I’m looking forward to it. This is going in my recently remodeled master bath. I spent $3800 for this toilet and I wouldn’t put this in my guest powder room.

Thank you so much. How important is it to have the water hose at 45 degree angle. why does that matter?
Can you elaborate on the question? Using the water inlet that comes with the toilet is important to insure proper water flow and filtering. Using a different water inlet would void the warranty.
Is the neorest water/splash proof?do I have to worry about water seeping into the electronic parts when washing the bathroom?
Great question! Yes, the Neorest units are very well built and properly sealed, so you'll have no issues on that front. In the 8 years we've been selling them, we've never had an issue with the water making it into the internals or electric components.
oh my god. i wanna get one! one question what is the different between of Washlet NJ MS389CUMFG01 and neorest RH. i see the NJ at showroom in my country. never see the RH one
Can you confirm the sku you're asking me to compare to? That sku is not showing on the TOTO site, and when running a google search, there's only a few very low quality sites that reference it. I'm happy to compare the two once I know what you're looking to compare! :-)
Does the toto rh ah have a built in water filter please? I worry with the dirty water over the years would clog up the system. Would you recommend a pre filter to be installed?
It does have a built in water filter located in the side of the unit which can be taken out and cleaned. It also has a filter built into the shutoff valve. TOTO does not recommend adding additional filters to the ones already built into the system because of water flow restriction issues. Thanks for asking!

Can you use bidet features from the toilet if remote gets lost ??
The remote is an important part of the puzzle. We recommend leaving it in the wall mount so you don't lose it. Thanks for asking!!
I know that but the studiolux sli 2000 has a knob on toilet that can use features without remote; can that be done on Toto rh??
