I'm vegetarian and make lots of seitan and indian/malay curries for my husband though he definitely prefers borsh. Anyway your videos are amazing and really help me out. Thank you so much for this series.

I find it absolutely ironic that Vasya is asking Zaika if the soup she likes is vegan… Also, I was concerned that Vasya was holding the big knife and vigorously chopping the air, because if the knife slips out, the borsch will have Sergey’s blood added as extra ingredients…
