Whoa Nelley, 225 and not to soon be alive. This is a "C" body, not a "B" body. Your Pontiac Executive is a "B" body, and this is a "C" body. Similar, but different. The columns might interchange, and this is where a Hollander interchange manual is invaluable. You say "454" in your title description. That's a Chevrolet V8, this would be a 455 Buick V8 that was swapped in.
I helped a friend today and it felt good to do so. He's been a friend for 35 years and we used to do a lot of car and house projects together, but he's no longer healthy enough to do them. He couldn't get his 2015 Subaru WRX started and after some investigating and research, the "spare" fuse that he pulled for another circuit was actually the starter relay fuse and stopped the car dead in its tracks. He was vacuuming the inside with a cordless vac and accidentally blew the fuse. We worked together over the phone and he called me back two minutes later saying, "Hear this SOB? It's running now. I owe you lunch". I said, "If you're going to buy lunch for me helping you, nope. If we're going to have lunch just to get together and shoot the breeze, sure (we talk on the phone all the time)." So, as the old 1971 Lynyrd Skynyrd song goes, "Lend a Helpin' Hand......"
We (barely) got the VIN, we win: 4 for Buick, possible 82 for Electra 225 or 84 for Electra 225 Custom, 69 for four door sedan, 9 for 1969 model year, H for Flint, MI assembly and the rest is the production sequence. The Flint, MI plant for Buick operated from 1904 through 1999 and was known as Buick City for a time. It was located on Leith Street.
No tag, can't brag, but some can be figured out, no doubt: ST69 for 1969 model year, 48269 for Electra 225 or 48469 for Electra 225 Custom, FL1 for Flint, MI assembly, possible 614 for Parchment interior trim, possible 59 59 for Lime Green lower and upper exterior paint, among other codes. My uncle had one, and I believe it was a 1970. It got stuck one time down by the amusement park area of town and he and my dad got it running the next day with a new set of points. That's how simple things were back then.
Whoa Nelley, division 4 soon to be out the door. In rust we do not trust. Lime Green is soon to leave the scene. That's it, time to quit. 455 and may not soon be alive. Big block is near the end of the clock. 225 and you can't save its hide. That's it, time to quit. Quadrajet used to be a sure bet. Going to be flat and that's that. Four doors and it don't go no more. Going to get squished and many here, the Buick faithful, Benny and you betcha the Google Man are going to be very, very, very, very, very pissed.

They did have front disc brakes as an option in '69 Benny. My friend has 2 pretty much identical 1969 Buick Electra 225 convertibles, both originally blue on blue but he repainted one white. His white car has the optional disc brakes, but they don't make parts for them. He is considering buying an after market disc brake kit which uses another GM caliper that will work with a bracket the kit supplies or just swapping them to the base drums as it appears the owner of this car has done. Keep on Benny, Cheers from Canada!

A 1969 Buick had a 360 horsepower 430 V8. Starting in 1970 they had a 370 horsepower 455 V8. I put a disc brake pedal pad on my 1969 Riviera when I was a teenager. The aluminum drum front brakes on full sized Buicks were every bit the equal disc brakes.

wont be long until these cars are all gone,, in reality this can be saved,, a new roof off a doner maybe $150, $1200 to get it fitted, Cut and welded, $12000 on paint and parts, a month of detail work, carpets, bits etc, $1000, but then again that 455 and auto would be great in a 70 to 72 skylark. the best 1969 225 electra in the world is only worth $35,000 to $40,000, is it worth it. From some of the garbage people are rebuilding these days, this electra is worth saving.
