These comments have got to be GL bots. This is a terrible new feature. Overclock pass in other words is pay to win. This is not a good thing coming. This will end up becoming similar to a8 boosters where without them you don’t have a chance at winning. GL be careful because a lot of people are already on the verge of leaving. This could push them over the edge.

A feature no one asked for and no one needs. It‘s simply a feature to squeeze more money out of players who already put time and money into a gold car. I invested a lot of money in this game the past five years but this is an absolute no go. I will for sure NEVER pay a single cent on this and if i detect that it breaks the game for my already golden cars i will also invest nothing more in this game. PERIOD!!!

Overclock should only apply to low-midtier cars in each letter rank, if the best gold cars also get overclock, this game is going to become very unfun very quickly.

For Multi-player usage when you don't use (Purchase) this feature it will be similar as getting sprayed by a warm golden shower from the guy standing next to you at the urinal.
But the game isn't skill based. So even if you spend money on this feature, it doesn't improve your chances of winning.
Currently, I'm either first or last in Multiplayer Races. It makes no difference whatsoever which car I choose or how good I drive :).

Okay, so this is a newest "Pay2Win Features" upcoming, huh?
Still bummed out with how frustrating the Showroom turned out to be after the initial hype especially for unlocking Cars from at least the W12 Coupe upward.
There is no reason to require that many conditions to unlock and MAX Class B to S Cars when they are not even meta dominant.
It really hurts the replayability of the mode for me when I can barely reach halfway of the Sian Event only to start all over to not waste Tokens extending over and over again.
And it gets infinitely worse if you don't have the Legend Pass and MP Pass active for the extra fuel points and free refills. 🤕
This is a game-breaker. If you don't have the skills to win, buy Overclock tokens and then you can beat everyone who doesn't have it. It unbalances game play. Unless it's limited to single-player games, it will break the game for everyone who can't afford it.
Can Mitsubishi Lancer beat Devel 16 with this feature 🙃

You can make Uno Card Game Asphalt 9 Legends edition,which in every card is licensed cars? 1 is the Ford Mustang, 2 is the Mercedes, 3 is the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 4+, which the car in every color Yellow is Porsche 918 Spyder, red is Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution, blue is Koenigsegg Regera, Green is the BMW Z4, 2+ is the TVR motors car.

I hate the multi-player because you're anyways being stacked up against players with higher rating. This just adds fuel to the fire. Not only am I getting beaten by higher stat cars, I am given an option I can't even use, if not rarely at all

@Asphalt can you guys make the on/off button manual/td a bit bigger, the one that is on the left by the dist. % , it would be helpful for hybrid drivers, it is hard to find/press that button while playing as it is

I imagine trying to beat the Frozen Route time in clash against an overclocked Jesko in the coming clash season. Pray for me.
They should add the ford Shelby gt500 and the dodge demon to A9. Gas cars are going away they should add these 2 muscle car legends to the game since they added the zl1 already.

so its basically the tuning kit of asphalt 8 wrapped in new cover as overclock now im waiting for the nitro starter and double nitro tanks new wrapping for asphalt 9 ...
The term Overclock comes from the Game Asphalt xtreme : A power-up that allows you to modify only maximum speed and nitro speed for a limited time of 15 min depending on the Class and Archaeotype; As Class D, C, B, A and S or archetype: Rally, Buggy, SUV, Pickup, Muscler Car, Trucks, Monster truck will determine the number of unused Blueprints you will have to Sacrifice and the number of Stats it will give you.
In Asphalt xtreme you can activate this boost regardless of the level of your vehicle but if you have enough BPS. Asphalt 8 is different, the tuning kit affects all statistics and depending on the Developer it will indicate the amount of statistics.

The feature itself is not bad, it's so terrible that getting first place is going to be much harder than it already is because of the whales who spend their life savings on this game and own the very best cars at golden max. This is gonna interfere with the already unfair multiplayer system that pairs you with the league above and below. Getting to legend league is going to stay as a dream for beginners, and even players who have spent a year on this game, not having the best cars. Gameloft should remove this feature immediately.
did someone notice he is at gl 15 and have 242 cars🤣😂
