How I Made the Mary Poppins Crocheted Scarf

Practically Perfect in every way. No, my Mary Poppins cosplay is not screen accurate, but for me it was the perfect balance of closet cosplay and giving me the chance to make things. And of course, I crocheted the scarf. Here’s how I made it.
