Hey Brian! I just subscribed to your channel. I really enjoy your videos and your smokers are really cool!! I have a small RUclips channel also (The Lone Moose). I have several smoking videos on the channel, as well as a wide variety of other topics. I'm messaging you to see if it would be possible to maybe stop by your shop and meet you one day. I'm going to be visiting my dad (93) in northern WV the last week of this month, and I'll be coming back to Texas via I-10. If you are anywhere near I-10 I'd love to stop by and see your smokers! About 10-12 years ago dad and I built a small towable smoker. Actually, the way that I engineered it, it can either be a large grill, a wood/charcoal oven, or a smoker. It has 4 heat chambers to you can manage not only the heat, but the smoke going to various parts of the cooker. That smoker was basically built when dad decided he wanted a pig roast for the big family Thanksgiving celebration one year, and I didn't have a smoker big enough to do a pig. In 2017/18 he decided he wanted to put a rotisserie spit on the machine so he could see the pig spin. Welllll... I designed the mechanism to make it turn, he got a piece of 1" diameter stainless steel and we tried it in spring 2018. Here is the video of the building of the smoker and the rotisserie: ruclips.net/video/QMydd39C1tQ/видео.html Well, he bought a pig that was over 100# and it broke the rotisserie device. Dad doesn't figure that he'll live much longer so he wants me to come back there and do another pig roast the last week of October, on the 29th of October. He's reinforced the device and he's getting a smaller pig. He wants to see a pig spin on the cooker before he dies. Anyway, my point is that I'll be coming back after the 29th along I-10 and would like to stop by and say HI! (I like meeting other RUclipsrs) and see how you do things. Please let me know. Bill
Very nice smoker. One question I have though is how well will it seal up and hold temp with the cutouts for the racks being a part of the outside framing. I'm just curious about that and whether or not it will seal up completely even with a gasket. Thanks and again very nice smoker.
Finally titled your video in a manner in which it can hit the algorithm, your last vid was titled “2” gurantees nobody will find that vid with the search engine that’s searching for grills

They seal up 100%. No leaks.
