The small green round vegetable at start with the palm nut we call susumba in Jamaica 🇯🇲 we eat it with salted fish or in rundown with coconut milk. Can be nice but also very bitter 🙈
Congratulations Tatiana. Thank you for this video and many more videos. Also thanks to your helpers for their assistance. I wish you the best in all of your adventures in African cooking. Love always, Patricia ❤🎉😊
Eating in one plate is one thing I don’t miss in our culture. Being one of the youngest I never had enough food because everyone eat faster than me so then times I just start crying but thankful my dad use to eat with me from his own dish
Some East African ladies say when they cook they use one type of meat at a time. West Africans enjoy mixing different types of meat. I am African American and when we make Gumbo soup we put chicken wings, crabs, shrimp, sausage, fish & seasonings all in one pot Yum !!!
INGREDIENTS USED: Cow meat, smoked cat fish, smoked mackerel fish, salted-dried tilapia (koobi), garlic, ginger, tomato, scotch bonnet, onions, Smoked herrings, Bush crabs, smoked tuna makes a wonderful palm nut soup. You can add some okra if you choose to. Welldone Tati
I always Love how AfriKAn ladies always work together to help each other...... Mother Daughter, Sisters etc work together to help each other I Love that...... Delicious food
Congratulations Ms. Tati! Your participation helping with the cooking is what is admirable about watching your channel. Chef Sista Ajara’s upbeat attitude is infectious in a welcoming way😊. Keep up the good work!
Tatiana, congratulations! You are way too funny! You are so unpretentious. Stay real - that's what makes your videos so unique. You are able to virtually transport us to Ghana with all the sights and sounds. Blessings to you, Sister Ajara and your entire family.
Hello beautiful Tatiana, I love seeing how all of you participate in the preparation of the food. Please say hello to the cook, she is very happy and beautiful. I send you a hug from Mexico 🇲🇽
Tati, when you said you were going to go and get crabs, I thought you were going to the market or a river. I was quite surprised to see you people got the crabs from under the ground. Wow, very fascinating, never saw anything like that before. 💜💙💚💛💕
Hello Tatiana Haina, You did a good job , the way you celebrated your 20,000 subscribers by cooking fresh delicious palm nut soup with fufu and you enjoyed it with the whole family, more especially the little children , be sure you will reach 50,000 subscribers in Jesus name
Taty! Your videos are the best and fire🔥🔥🔥🔥! I am not surprised you had 20K. You are on to 30K and beyond! I so very much enjoyed this clip. But first of all, you are so multi-talented and I am referring to all the languages you speak 🙂. French, Italian, English, and Twi. I bet I am missing other languages you speak. And you know it brings me much joy when Sister Ajara is featured in the videos. She is awesome, industrious, personable, funny, and when she breaks into English that is the ultimate! Palm soup is a whole entire process and you did a wonderful job in taking the audience through step by step. Just wonderful illustration. Those young boys are expert crab catchers, and I was impressed. In the past, I have caught crabs and it is not easy. The casual conversation with you and Sister Ajara during the cooking process is just pure gold because the authenticity and chemistry between you guys flows effortlessly. Finally to cap it off, the entire community enjoying the meal is a key part of our culture which illustrates how we bond over sharing. It can be the sharing of a meal or anything. Love it! Keep the content coming! Folks, let's continue to contribute to Sister Ajara and the hardworking women of Taty's community.
