Welcome back to Japan. Tokyo is one of the greatest cities in the world. I love living here. A tip for those spending time here: use google maps for directions and trains. It will even tell you which car to get on and which station exit to take to get to your destination. The train stations can be overwhelming otherwise. Have a great time!
For those able to read Japanese, I would recommend the Yahoo transit app. For me it is much more reliable than Google‘s timetables.

Hi I’m Japanese. I enjoy watching your RUclips and learning English!
Have a good trip
Awesome! I’m glad it’s helpful. Thank you!
日本は貴方を敬意とともに歓迎します!
安全で平和な日本を是非、ゆっくり楽しんで下さい。
あ、でもGODZILLAには気をつけて。🔥
So excited for a month of you in Tokyo. (I think those are my favorite of your blogs thus far) Tokyo is just so amazing and so far ahead from a technology standpoint. I loved finally seeing you get hot coffee out of the vending machine. And the mom in me was yelling for you to "put on warmer clothes". Looking forward to your upcoming blogs. Stay safe and enjoy!

Hey Zane! Japan's rolling out the red carpet for your return! May your journey be as smooth as an anime plot twist. America's the Hollywood blockbuster, but in Japan, you're the star of your own anime adventure. Embrace the cool vibes of the Land of the Rising Sun. Safe travels! 🌸🎬✈️❤

I was in Japan during the last December and I think is the best country I ever meet.

Awesome that you’re back in Japan! You can see it in your face how much happier you are than the last place you were at.
I love how clean Japan is, even in the largest city in the world Tokyo. The streets are absolutely spotless
Ive been to Japan twice and I would love to go back. So glad to see another Japan video! Thanks for sharing!
A traditional Japanese breakfast consists of rice, grilled fish, miso soup, some pickled veggies. Some people enjoy natto (fermented soybeans) and tamagoyaki with their breakfast.
Let's go, happy to see more Japan videos.
Cherry blossoms is just around the corner… enjoy your stay!!!
ようこそ日本へ。我が町広島へはこられるのですか?
I can tell by your face how excited you are to be back! Love it!
YEEEESSSS more japan vlogs!!!!
lol, I don't think you need to worry about being scammed in Japan! Welcome back to this part of the world...
There is a chain restaurant called Yoshinoya, I recommend you to try the meat bowl there. It would be better if you go for breakfast, it is filling and the prices are very affordable.
I love the mackerel set, plus it’s free rice refill ❤
Welcome back! it's really awesome that you respect the customs of the places you visit and are mindful of the people and the environment around you. I've been living in US for many years after leaving Japan, watching your videos makes me feel like I'm back home. 😉👍
Thank you 🙏

Hey Zane on those vending machines the red buttons are for hot beverages and the blue buttons are for cold beverages. Wondering if you're gonna be heading back to the Philippines? Would you do a trip to Mindanao? Cheers !
Was in Tokyo a few weeks ago and spent some time in Roppongi, it's always fun seeing places you've been to on other peoples videos. Had a blast man, was hoping you'd make some Japan content! Whenever you're in Akihabara, there's a coffee spot that's nearby in the direction of Taito called Kielo Coffee. Highly recommend!
Welcome back to Japan!!
お帰りなさい!半年ぶりの冬の日本をお楽しみ下さい。
Enjoy Japan Zane! I’m an Aussie travelling the beautiful country of Vietnam right now! Would you ever plan on coming to Australia? 😄
Welcome back to Asia Zane - your home away from home.

I'll be in Tokyo for 8 days in June definitely needed this video thanks man 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
Yay you are back in Japan!! I watched your first video to Japan awhile back so I can't wait for more videos to come! It's very nice to see how you explain everything since its more real to watch! I'm heading to Japan in May so I hope the process for me is easy to understand!

おかえりなさい❗️今回もあなたの冒険を楽しみにしています😊✨
I love Japan and can't wait to go back!! Have fun and look forward to watching your videos
It’ll be terrible weather tomorrow in Tokyo, so please be careful.
Have a good trip!
i just finished watching your previous tokyo videos and i’m glad your back in tokyo again!!
Leaving for Japan in a week and staying in the same area so it’s good to see a video on it!!
I was in Tokyo (Japan for 3 weeks) shortly after your first visit. I can’t wait to revisit! Have fun!
I wish you could stay in South America more or be more adventurous in your next videos! Good Japan video !!
I’m here now visiting Tokyo literally because of your videos. Appreciate the work you put into your videos keep it up👍🏼
Welcome back! I highly recommend visiting Nikko (日光), which is about 2 hours north of Tokyo. It is famous for its waterfall called "Kegon no taki" (97 meters high), Lake Chuzenji, and all other natural beauties. You can get there by train from Asakusa Station in Tokyo, and the railway company (Tobu) released last summer a new luxurious train called "SPACIA X", which has become popular. I also recommend Tokyo Skytree, the tallest free-standing tower in Japan. The closest train stations to the tower are Tokyo Skytree and Oshiage. (The SPACIA X train that goes to Nikko also departs from Tokyo Skytree station.)
Thank you for coming back to Japan. Just by watching this video, I felt that you are a very nice person and a wonderful and loving person who shows respect to Japan. It is even better for such a wonderful visitor. I want to take you to a Delicious ramen shop! I'm looking forward to your blog!
Im so happy u are back in Japan!!! Ill be going again in May,exactly 6 months after i went there for the first time aswell! Love your vlogs like always,u genuinely seem happy to be back!
So awesome you are there for cherry blossom season I hope one day I will be able to see it for my self, have a good safe trip Zane.
If you decide to get rid of your Uniqlo stuff the stores all have a recycle box. Love your honest friendly style👍
Nice video. I agree so much with you about Tokyo and I love the city and its people and culture. I'm looking forward to see what you do on this trip. I went to Tokyo for a week late last year and spent another three weeks traveling south. There is never a dull moment. Things can initially seem strange but after quick consideration everything just makes perfect sense. I actually booked my next trip to Japan before i left. Can I ask what booking sites you use to find accommodation?
If you are interested in robot restaurants Jonathan’s family restaurant chain usually has them, it’s a kind of basic cheap robot experience.
I watched your Japan videos before my trip in November and loved them, glad to see some more Japan videos! As soon as I left Japan I wanted to go back!!
I’ll be heading over to Japan for a week 😢 sadly my other travel plan didn’t work out due to my friend not being able to go. I wish I would have stayed 2 weeks oh well there’s always next year 😅
9:55 You are right about Roppongi. A local tour guide told me whilst passing through Roppongi that Roppongi use to be a heavily dominant area controlled by the Yakuza. Though the Yakuza no longer have any influence in the area, they are still present in Roppongi. Old style exterior buildings in Roppongi are still owned by the Yakuza and secondly at 8 o'clock in the mornings they frequent some of the high end cafe for breakfast, as evident by multiple luxury vehicles parked outside the cafe.
Ugh! Just left Japan on March 11th. Would have been cool to have said hi and grabbed a beer :)
あなたが最初に入った店は「日高屋」という安いチェーン店ですね。ラーメンのマクドナルドの様なバージョンなのでおすすめできません…
Woot, glad you're back in Japan, Zane! Enjoyed your video 🙂
Oh thank God! You're back in a civilized country! Japan is #1!
From this old boy from Perth down-under.
Thank you for sharing your video vlog.
Enjoyed it. 17/03/2024
The red labels on the vending machines are hot, the blue cold. Loving your videos, we were in Japan in February, planning to go back, such a nice place to be.
love the japan vlogs keep it up zane!
We had great pizza at Roppongi Hills Station! It's called Pasta and Pizza Uota Roppongi Hills!! You won't be disappointed.
Definitely you are the vending machine dude 🫶🫶🫶💕
What month is this, I'm going next week it looks very cold I wasnt expecting it
Welcome back to Japan. I’d love to show you around Japan especially Fukuoka prefecture where I live. Enjoy!
六本木 is pronounced Roppongi. yes, you are correct, sir.
miso soup,rice and fish
Zane. I found your channel a few months back when searching travel vlogs of Japan (One of my dream destinations). Let me just say I’m absolutely hooked and am a big fan of all your travel videos. Thank you for bringing us on your adventures around the world. Cheers!
Uniqlo is probably the cheapest option for clothing in the World, considering the quality! Its also very good for traveling and folds into a very tiny ball, so very packable! Keep it!
P.S. im sure the peoplest the expensive store did not think anything of you ( like you don’t look like a person who can afford a $1400 jacket.). Its all about the customer service there, to mane sure another person who is going to look at it will find it perfectly looking and in order. Thats all!
Thank you for the overload of info on all the countries you have been too. Cant wait to do some traveling myself. I look forward to watching all your videos!! You are an adventurous guy. Ty
日本での滞在を楽しんで下さい😊

Welcome back to Tokyo 🎉
We were waiting for you 🫶
We’ll show you real Tokyo 😊
Are you going to Tour him Around Japan …? 😂😅😂✌️✌️✌️
Oh man I wish I could come back to japan just like you . I miss there so much 😓
Zane, have you tried an Onsen yet? If not, I recommend you should next time.
I will be there in 3 weeks from NYC😚
PH has Dean & DeLuca - Makati, Quezon City and BGC😊
Im going solo in November and im starting to freak out by the train station. Praying google maps guides me thru it😅 but im a little slow sometimes. Pray for me😊
You dont have a suitcase? Just 2 backpacks? Respect.
Pain Quotidien = Daily Bread
Keep the great videos coming!!!
My son just stayed in that area for 2 months, we live in Korea. He visited that mall often and said it was pretty nice. I am sure you have Shibuya Crossing on your itinerary. There is also a Tower Records not to far from where you're staying that he says is pretty cool. Great video Zane, been watching your videos for a while!
Japan is one of my dream country and I wish I will go there someday because I heard the concerts there are quiet but also because the places there are gorgeous but I don't have a lot of money for tickets go to abroad because I'm a high school dropout and plane tickets are very expensive even countries which are cheaper than Japan we still can't afford lol
Thanks for making this video. We’d be arriving in Japan in a couple of weeks. We’d be taking taking the Skyliner to Ueno just like you. I’m thinking about purchasing it online. How did you redeem the QR CODE. Is it better to purchase online or wait till I get there? Would greatly appreciate your feedback! Many thanks in advance!
Purchase online. You’ll see signage then someone will help you with the QR code you have
Just got back from Japan after spending 3 weeks there. I already want to go back so bad!
Welcome to Japan 😊😊
お久しぶりです。お帰りなさい!
Take a walk down Gaien-higashi-dori explore the Don Quixote store then continue to Azabudai Hills. Roppongi used to be a foreign nightlife mecca back in the late 90's - mid 2000's. It was a crazy insane party town! Lots of foreigners from all over the world worked at the clubs as hostesses, dancers, bar staff, DJ's, night club managers etc those were WILD times!
lmao I land in Osaka Saturday, I'm so scared learning the trains lol
Most of the time red labels are hot things from vending machine, blue or other are cold or ambient temp
Shakey's in Shibuya is a pretty cool buffet pizza place. Like Japanese Cece's.
In upscale stores in Japan, presentation of the items for sale is extremely important, so it's more than likely in that store with the nearly $1400 jacket, the employee was probably "rearranging" the item into how it should be displayed. When a customer physically examines an item and places it back, store employees are normally required to make sure the merchandise is basically "perfectly' returned to the manner in which it should be on display for sale.
That makes sense!
@@zanetravel You're welcome. Guess I should have mentioned that when I was in the Burberry store in Osaka looking for a sweater, I had to handle about nine or ten possible choices because of sizing. I did eventually find one that fit perfectly and purchased it, but I felt bad that an employee had to meticulously refold each one that I examined and place the price tag perfectly. I even apologized to her but she bowed very low, and said that it should not be my concern. Such is Japanese culture. And I wholeheartedly agree with you that the respect and kindness that the Japanese give to others, is one of the things that makes it so amazing about this country.
Great video Zane. You should go and try an Onsen next.
As Japanese, we are proud of the things produced by Japanese culture.
If you have time, try Onsen(hot spring). I am sure it will be a special experience in your life, although it will be different from the culture of the country you were born in.
I wish you a wonderful time on this trip🫶🏼
I'm looking for good, onsen and ryokan recommendations!
Please tell me where to look?
Since we do not know if you have any experience with hot springs, we will introduce some relatively beginner-friendly hot springs.
Nochi Onsen Hotel (Fukushima Prefecture)
→(Nochi Onsen Hotel) (Fukushima Prefecture) It is a nice ryokan that can satisfy both beginners and experts.
Manzatei (Gunma Prefecture)
→This is also a very beautiful ryokan. Not only the hot springs but also the meals are excellent. The outside baths are wonderful, but I recommend the indoor baths.
Ikaho Onsen (Gunma)
→This is not a hotel, but a whole town. It is a famous tourist destination and easily accessible from Tokyo. There are many hot springs, so it is fun to find one by yourself. Udon noodles are famous, so please enjoy them with onsen.
In case you are interested, we will share it with you. There are historic hot springs in Japan called hidden hot springs (HITOU). This HITOU assumes that you understand the rules of bathing.
Further reasons for difficulty include the lack of changing rooms, mixed sex, and hot water in many places. Also, there are not many explanations in English.
Even many of us Japanese find it moderately difficult, so I recommend that you take it in stages. Please be assured that the three recommended hot springs are suitable for beginners!
I sincerely hope you will find a wonderful onsen:)
Thanks for the video. Heading to Japan for the first time in 2 days time and I was debating bringing my big jacket, I think I will bring it with me now 😆 Enjoy your trip.
I have literally been hoping you’d do another series in Japan soon. Planning a trip out there next year! 🙌🏼
I am a Japanese. My recommended spots are Tokyo Station Marunouchi Station Plaza and the Imperial Palace. Please go and try it🙏
