I know this video is not about phrasal verbs, but anyway, here's the list of some of them which I found in the video: Get in (my van) Run out (of gas) Run on empty Fill up (my gas tank) Look for Open up (this little door) Take off (my gas cap) Take (the gas nozzle) out (How many litres are going to) Go in (The numbers) going up (A gas attendant will) come out Put ($20 worth) in Take out (the gas nozzle) Put (my gas cap back) on (When I) pulled in Pump up (your tires) Thanks, Bob!
@@LearnEnglishwithBobtheCanadian Hi, Bob. Why native speakers use "up" after verbs so frequently? For example, Open up (this little door). I would say open this little door , and I would say fill my gas tank, rather than fill up my gas tank. Is there any difference in meanings? In which circumstance i should use UP after verbs? Why it's PULL IN(the store) , not pull into(the store)? These are the questions that I found when i tried to repeat what you say in this video. Thanks . Bob!
Describing things in English in various places is just what I 've been looking for since I started studying English . It helps me really internalize words and expressions. And it makes me think in English. Thank you so much !!!

Can't believe that you can fill up your tank before paying for it. It's incredible the level of honesty in your country. In my country, on the other hand, people would fill up their tank and then they would drive away without paying.
Thanks Bob , this one has been really helpfull for me as I am traveling to the US in a couple of weeks and I am renting a car for the first time, so I really needed to check out about the gas filling process in north America and the vocabulary related with. I guess it must be too similar the way it works in Canada from the US. Except in the US it's in gallons as far as I know. And in my home country Venezuela, it is in liters just like you described in Canada. Well thanks again. Nice to watch and improve my English learning new vocabulary and new things with your videos

(A gas attendant will) come out
Put ($20 worth) in
Take out (the gas nozzle)
Put (my gas cap back) on
(When I) pulled in
Pump up (your tires)
Thanks, Bob!
