Thanks for the video content! Sorry for butting in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you researched - Schallingora Income Technics Scheme (do a google search)? It is a good one of a kind product for discovering the key to mastering meditation minus the headache. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my BF got amazing success with it.
I think the pandemic has taught people a big lesson, having one stream of income is not really a good idea cause your job doesn't secure your financial needs. The pandemic has really set out business minded people from the rest that is why I'm so lucky to be among the investors trading with carlos_1uptrades on Instagram as his student it's been success and happiness since the beginning of my trades.

Feeling your emotions without judgement has such a calming effect
Usually meditation and mindfulness fills me with anxiety, but this helped me to calm down. Maybe I just need to practice meditation so it doesn’t upset me. Either way, this was a great video, and I’ll be coming back to it.

Sometimes I face that too. What I found helpful is to start with 10 min Wim Hof’s ‘breathing exercise for beginners’ video and follow that up with one of these meditation videos.
I think in some way when u meditate it might give your mind time to conjure up your worst feelings and thoughts. But that's okay, remember to follow this meditation, witness these thoughts, do not attach to them and observe what it does in your body. You may have thoughts like 'oh no not again' 'or I can't deal with this again', but notice this too and always apply the same principles of acceptance every single time. Eventually you'll learn how to deal with your most anxious or depressive thoughts in a compassionate way by learning to turn towards them. It can be frightening at first.

i dont trust myself meditating while closing my eyes.. i did this for my morning meditation and woke up 2 hours later 😂

I always fall asleep and wake up at 5 am like :😟 I be so confused bc I don’t remember falling asleep😭
I have been meditating to this every night. Sometimes its amazing how centered I feel, sometimes I just cant seem to focus on the present moment...I guess its all just part of growing spiritually.
I am a baby witch and I have found this really relaxing and calm. I have meditated with my crystals, candle and salts.

I have always had a tendency to over think. Starting guided meditation has helped keep me in the moment and to not attach myself to things I can't control.

This was unlike previous meditations I have tried. It was so helpful to be told to observe the feelings and thoughts that came into my head instead of ignoring them or just let them pass. It really helped me feel good and connected with the meditation and not guilty or feeling ashamed that I could not control my thoughts.

I did this to help calm my nerves because I have my 1st day of college and I'm 30. When I did this meditation it made me cry. I bawled. Thats what I needed in was holding in a cry session that needed to be released.

Very peaceful been mediating lately and having completely clear thoughts this. I felt a tingling sensation in both my feet and hands during this which I hadn't felt before.

Last couple of weeks I have been sad, anxious and stressed knowing so many near and dear ones are dying & seeing sufferings of people because of Covid here in India. I was advised by many people to start meditation. Today I came across your video & tried it. I can’t explain the calmness that I am feeling. Thank you so much for this guided meditation.

I just start meditate while in lockdown I think it’d help my mental health. Although the 1st time I did I still can’t grasp it but I think practice this everyday will help me. Mindfulness is such a key for a happy life.

I love the woman's voice.
It was interesting experience! After maybe 5 mins with my eyes closed, I became so light. And it felt unusual, like I was floating in the air and I could hear every heartbeat and how blood was filling my veins.
