I make double batches, blend it up, and store it in a mason jar to have for a couple of days! THE BEST EVER
My morning smoothies is usually tropical fruit, strawberries, orange juice, almond milk, silk almond vanilla yogurt, hemp hearts, flax seeds and then frozen spinach if I have it/if I feel like being super healthy. If I make it a smoothie bowl I will top it with granola, shredded coconut and some fresh fruit.

I actually think our food preferences perfectly align! I've commented this before but you must make your own nut butter in your vitamix! Roast your nuts, then blend and push down the sides with the plunger (turning vitamix off to cool as it can overheat every few mins), then add salt once to desired texture and blend for a minute more! Takes 10-15 minutes depending on what type of nut you use! Thats it! :)
A really delicious salad dressing is cilantro, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and avocado. It is creamy and delicious. You could sub the avocado for your fave plain unsweetened yogurt.
I love avocado in smoothies! The texture is suuuper creamy, and if you make an avocado matcha smoothie, you don't need to worry about how many greens you use :)
