@@ycaballero0769 I think you are probably supposed to read her eyes and head movements as an armchair psychologist (with a eye lying chart) as such "genetically speaking you are my child" is probably true she thinks for a little bit looks you in the eye and then tells you, "A quarter of your data comes from me" she's looking our right she's likely remembering someone saying this it could be rehearsed, "...nor sam are well suited to bring up a child" bottom right she is having internal dialogue while saying this, the only other thing of note in this answer is when she says bringing you up was "a stressful job" she shakes her head this could be a tick for disagreeing with what she is saying.
Bear in mind It's probably a good idea to think that she's being deceptive in the construction of all the statements.

She's canonically our mom, but she's lying about that it was "stressful" to raise us, she probably got attached to Stelle even though she should not, so she's trying to make the relationship between she and Stelle a "distant" one, even if it is a difficult task for herself.
