We have 3 pairs of red cardinals that feed from my backyard feeder every day. Funny, never seen them fight. We have many migratory birds here now. My aunt in Kentucky used to feed red cardinals in Winter, so beautiful against the snow background. I didn't know they stayed in colder weather until it was there for Christmas.
I really want a Greater Hill mynah. Of course I want a handfed one, looking at at least $4500. Ive been debating for a few years. I may take the plunge this summer.

They only fight in the spring, as part of the breeding process

Mynahs are soo cool, but their diet makes for a cleanliness challenge. They are probably on my lists as well.
