I prefer these videos of David way more than the How To Beast channel. Not that there’s anything wrong with them but it’s refreshing to see this side of his personality. It’s also nice not feeling like you’re watching a 10 minute video that’s 4 minutes of actual content and then 6 minutes advertisement 😂

I couldn’t disagree more. The How To Beast channel is 100% more genuine. It’s him. This isn’t him giving off sides of his personality this is him promoting sides of other people’s personalities. He barely even challenges any of these guys, he goes against his own core principles. If you have that much of an issue with his How To Beast content than don’t watch it.
If you just want to see more videos of the usual misogynistic crap from a huge amount of male self help videos and David just nodding and agreeing than carry on watching this BS but it’s not who he really is. You can be a strong alpha male without all the misogyny. It’s not either or

This is an excellent podcast it feels like you've been doing it a lot longer. Small tip next time you're talking about something that was brought up in another podcast... Just bring it up again and say I know you went over this on a podcast but my audience may not know. That gives him the chance to elaborate further and the audience to better understand the conversation.

(vaccine-hesitancy, pro-Trump, right wing politics) have been cancelled and de-platformed, that people are getting used to censoring themselves, making the general level of discourse out there quite bland. It doesn't really matter whether you personally find the stuff idiotic, people should have the right to say it. No, I really respect Sterling for being honest!

Hearing David finally talk about his political opinions is pretty refreshing.
His opinion is like every other bro podcaster, it's predictably cliche.
They all start progressive and liberal, but then they get money and have to pay proper tax and are outraged so they shift right.
Exact same happened to Rogan when he got the $100 mill from Spotify. He left to Texas so he didn't have to pay as much tax and suddenly he was as red as that state, promoting ivermectin like it was tic tacs and buying into every right wing conspiracy.
Of course tax is the main way we fund hospitals/schools/police force/ infrastructure and so forth, all benefits these guys had in their youth and still enjoy, but they're all so driven by money in their pursuits that now they don't wanna give any back now.
