  • •Ingredients:
    All-purpose flour 250 grams, 0:20
    Salt 2 grams, 0:26
    Water about 120 grams, 0:28
    Unsalted butter 60 grams, 0:22
    Unsalted butter 100 grams, 1:04
    Black sesame, 3:21
    White granular sugar, 3:21
    • Preheat the oven(Don't use hot air), preheat oven to upper heat and bottom heat 180 degrees, bake it for about 20 mins in middle of oven. Then move it to upper layer and bake it for 2 mins.
    • The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8 + 32°F。
