It seems like large one story floor plans are gaining in popularity. Perry Homes builds great one story homes which is why we chose them. Their quality and customer service made our first new build experience so easy and enjoyable.
Great question. Yes an HOA can have a pet policy that restricts the number of pets, size and breeds… If that is a concern you should write that in as a condition of your offer to protect your earnest money deposit.
Unfortunately 95% of new construction is going to be in an HOA... The best way to avoid an HOA is to buy a single lot not in a master planned community...
