I see that the mudguard and number plate portion just below the tail light is removed. Wont it invite penalty/fine from motor vehichle inspectors on road while checking?. Pls clarify
No Portion is not necessary.. number plate is necessary. Mostly superbike owners traveling to ladakh with same portion and No cop will disturb.

Everything comes with the hugger except those long bolts used in the last
