The last time we had an outbreak in the US, 11 were infected. All but 2 recovered from the infection. I think the quality of healthcare available makes a big difference. Curious what the death rate would be if they had better healthcare in Uganda.

For now it's only like in the village areas.. Quite far from the city.. I stay in the city.. For now it's alright.. I just hope it doesn't spread rapidly.

I remember when there was a case or two in the United States and our hospital I worked for went crazy with isolation areas for travelers with diarrhea that came from Africa….to take care of those patients was scary but I don’t think a single one at our hospital had it though….whew….

Ebola has been around for ever if you wash your hands and clean yourself normally you will not get this disease, outbreaks like these happen in rural places like this due to it being hard to properly clean yourself.
