I dont want a product thats been made by a random person in their home which may be questionably clean. Where anything could be added or removed and there is no quality control.
All you people whining about quality control .. how many of you are drug users I wonder
Probably not that many @@ThePrimeMinisterOfTheBlock
You're afraid your detergent will be dirty? 😂
@ellenkarlsson9490 no. More that it won't have properly safety checks or ingredients will be substituted for low grade alternatives. She's crying about the company closing on Instagram so not a workable idea at all.
Not to mention zero quality control by letting thousands of random strangers make a product for a company AT HOME 🤢
Think it's a ridiculous idea.
How is that even viable and how would you even know how much I've worked on it? Say someone worked 5 hours but declared 8 hours, how would she know if it's true? 😅
@@scienceevolves4417 payed per job
@@scienceevolves4417 well that's just silly. They'd obviously get paid by the amount of product they produce, not the hours.
I imagine they'll get sued out of business
@@scienceevolves4417 You can keep productivity up by setting goals for how much you are expected to produce per day/week. If you reach your goal you get a bonus, if you exceed it by a certain amount you get a bigger bonus.
Deborah’s investment fell through. Company is currently going through a liquidation process.
Hero, thank you
Shocker 🤣
No, they didn’t go through liquidation. They’re back on. A quick Google search validates that. They made an announcement on their IG.
What a massive shock 😂😂😂
Ouch
Can't get my head around the business model and then issues it can cause at scale😮
The one thing they all missed out, what if one of the home workers is a business rival or even a crazy person and sabotages the product, how can she oversee the quality control if people are mixing and packaging the product at home and not a controlled environment, this could lead to a huge lawsuit.
Not a risk I'd take.
...Then that saboteur wouldn't have the best quality... people would stop buying from them... naturally.
That network will be impossible to manage and control.
I thought this aswell. Would have to be random visit inspections and sample tests. Theres a reason we have traditionally produced in warehouses
My thoughts exactly
Thought exactly the same. Where's the quality control. Fail
‘..Unrivalled brand in the way the customers support us’ =Ummmh ok 😂
This is a unsustainable business model with too many spinning wheels and levers to pull
Yes, too many clogs and cranks grinding
No quality control, so it will soon go wrong.
It did
It’s a terrible business idea such a waste of time
A person like that can not produce any quality hahaha
QA is gonna be very difficult with these products. What if someone decides to put something else inthe product 😬😬😬😬
peter its still less carbon foot print then running a factory where 1000s of workers from all over the city commute daily home factory, factory home or office home and home office.
Quality Control & Uniformity Of Product Is Impossible To Maintain
Nice to see the psychotic replicant from Blade Runner 2049 branching into new markets
Jesus DD so dull now. Always nice to people, always 'sustainable' or ' eco friendly' be nice if they went back to the old days
The futute is headed there even the Saudis realise this...
Then don't watch
It’s pyramid selling and kinda sounds very Avonish model
Pyramid selling means selling to sellers who then sell to sellers and so on, that's not what this is.
Wish Duncan was here for this business.
She certainly knows her clichés.
Debbie is all eco these past few years. She didnt really care about it for forty years when she made her millions at any cost. Now she has some in the bank she can afford to put on the eco friendly persona.
Who is Debbie?
A business goes with trends of course that's how it makes money.
@shauntaylor6040 So you agree that suddenly being eco friendly is a 'trend'.
Are you for real? Eco-friendly is big business these days.
Definitely not a "trend", most people now accept that we have to treat our planet better.@@bdt3367
Companies house say that her accounts are long overdue from 2022 obviously company is struggling.
Who else thought Amelia from the side looked like Hilary Devey?
Not sure why this should be done at home. You can get community involved in local places to. Tons of cities do this. People with disabilities makes soaps, candles, stuff like that. Why from home?
Is this Hilary reincarnated ??? I’ve had chills and love her already. I’m 2 mins into the video
Emilia has a lot of ridding on it lol
This woman was probably sniffing too much cleaning product. What a bizzare business model.
This just sounds like an MLM with extra steps.
£15 an hour is more than i earn in my full time job omg where can i apply jez
Lol. Yeahhh. A deal in the den. Which fell thru just like 3/4 of the time... What's the bloody point?!
😅😅😅
Sorry I’m not sure if I missed it but is recycling a dirty word yet?
Love that little bow at the end! :D Wonderful! This B2B idea to provide organisations / corporations with opportunities to, God willing, socially and financially support the communities in which they are based in, is a great idea! :D
Hate all these eco products every single pitch
Well done
The dragons 🐉🐲🐉🦖 had an army of scrubbers on their palaces 😅
If only there was some kind of central… building… where workers could manufacture things… instead of having to deliver it to them each day, and instead of them having to send it all back the next day… 🤔🏭
Why not sent it to china to get it mixed @ 0.65 cents per day ....
Very interesting business model, and great entrepreneur. Wishing the new team all the best.
There's no way her business was worth that much. Always these high earners come in with massive valuations.
Surprise surprise, this distrubted manufacturing model with zero quality control and huge overheads in fixed production costs FAILED.
Wow. Who'd have thunk??
Why do dragons invest so little and for such crazy low evals?
And when thye invest is on completely already scaled businesses that are no nrainer investments.
Woke joke tripe, and the company is being liquidated unsurprisingly!
She makes me think of a younger Hilary Devey
TL:DW - Basically, she needs to DropShip the product. So ANYONE can do it.
Nobody concerned about the disruption she's causing to her family's life by having her kids sleep on sofas every second week?
Just imagine the poor kids, no backbone for the future....
She is delusional
She was great
God, another eco-friendly cleaning product pitch.
That's a rather extreme view. Green is good, but these pitches get old when that's all they're about.@@appleratpipe
Joke of a company
just buy a machine to mix it up, no need for humans to be involved it just makes it complicated and opens up QC issues along with expenses
First bit of common sense today!
SHE IS SAVING THE PLANET - HURRAY
And a very very wide mouth.Perhaps it’s a garage in disguise
Anyone else prepping dinner??
A lot of mumbo jumbo. What is she selling again? I dont even know what sell selling. Whenever its that - a lot of catch frases like bio, carboon foorbring, b2b, vision- its all bull and business sucks
Shes great well done to her and Deborah 💪🏻
Trans. Madness
This is all staged 😂
Haha not a very intelligent lady for spending who claims to have been in a high powered corporate position 😂😂
Just goes to show how many many people are in jobs they shouldn’t be if ahead isn’t just lying about being a secretary
Sending products to each individual worker at their home, who then send it back, is so eco friendly ✨
What is not eco-friendly about that?
But that shipment has to happen maybe once a week or every second week. Workers driving to and from a factory five times a week also aren't great.
Anyone else prepping dinner??
Prepping lunch from 'cross the pond.
Getting ready for whopping
Wow! A business where quality control is totally improbable for the product! She's gonna send some ingredients to people (among whom are convincts!) AND she's adamant nothing will go wrong.
Doesn't look like she understands why production of chemical substances is concetrated in highly monitored plants currently.
I wonder why none of the dragons even questioned that crucial matter. I don't even believe it is LEGAL for her to "outsource to homes" the production of stuff that may become a health hazard when unmonitored.
Indeed, wouldn't each home need to be inspected and certified? And how is that possible if people are using their kitchens? They are unlikely to have a whole area for only making the product, which is what health and safety would require.
The dragons den comment section is always a great place to find that annoying segment of the population - the arrogantly clueless ("I've watched a highlight reel of a multi hour investment pitch so must be more knowledgeable about the business than the highly successful investors who listened to the whole thing) who have learnt a few buzzwords so now think they're experts...
1) She didn't say "nothing will go wrong" - let alone was adamant about it.
2) Convicts are capable of working - your disgusting attitude is a reason why a lot of them end up reoffending.
3) Doesn't look like you understand either - it's done that way because it's cheaper.
4) You can "believe" whatever you want. What law specifically does it break?
5) What specific ingredient are you claiming is a health hazard if used in a kitchen "unmonitored"?
QC on such an operation would be impossible, also how could you prevent raw materials being syphoned off and substituted for knock off ingredients? Wastage would be incredible.
You can't tell me that people wouldn't just nick the ingredients to use for themselves and add cheap, potentially toxic stuff.
@@WobblesandBean that’s precisely my point.
I just don’t know why but I found this lady extremely irritating…!!
I really don't understand the dragons' comments here. The business is impractical and unethical, lacks quality control, is overvalued, and the woman herself spoke mostly in word salads. It also checked most of the "woke" tick-boxes, missing only a couple. A strange pitch all-round.
There is something a bit "Off" about her to me, can't put my finger on it.
Horrible pink pants
What a silly business
Im happy for her...but the enterance in to the elevator after she got the deal...the crazy eyes made their appearance...hoping for the best...
if one of her workers was part of a big order to a client. £100k or more. They, or their friends/family/partner would expect to come in and take her out of the equasion
This is reverse industrialization.
Woman: "i have a beautiful wife and 4 lovely children at home" 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
its Nearly folded twice look at Companies house just held on to not being struck off again chats good chat
Is this a new season? Sara’s hair is longer here
If she is not the actress that played “young Matilda” in the movie.. I’ll eat my hat 😮
Eat your hat because she doesnt even look a little bit like her
What a woman!! 👏
I always enjoy when they claim to have left a ‘very high powered job’ to use their amazing business skills to grind their foolish business into the ground. It’s almost like they shouldn’t have been employed in their previous jobs because they lack common sense.
She was awesome
Fabulous
