Your mom is so cute. This is very close to how my dad used to do it. He used The allspice and the cloves And orégano. He even soaks the onion in hot water like your mom does. But his mom taught him to boil and then bake the chicken in the oven. But next time I’ll fry the chicken to see how it tastes. It looks delish.
