I thought it was Mio Saiki tbh. She hangs out in the alley / rooftop. In Kagetsu Tohya it says shikis dad killed the head of the Saiki clan. So she probably hates the Nanaya clan and watches shiki and when he loses control of his impulses she kills him? Idk im just tossing a guess out there. Im prob completely wrong she might just be someone more relevant for the far side routes.
@@key5614 You could be right but if she is a oni I would think her powers would be different we have not seen a half oni have a transformation ability like being able to turn into a panther but I guess that might be something that the Saiki family can do since we don't really know much about them
