- I’ve hosted community events before, but nothing quite like this! You’ve had hot lap challenges, one off races and even the big annual Thermalito events…but in 2023 I’ll be hosting the DDF Racer Bincar Championship, a full 7 round series in RaceRoom featuring Britcar style multiclass races with actual trophies up for grabs and maybe (just maybe) a Jimmy Broadbent on the grid too…

Looks like a lot of fun, wish I could participate but I don't have a PC capable of running any games right now, so will have to get by watching the streams. Really glad to see community events that aren't just more GT3, hopefully it's a success and there is more in the future when I hopefully can join in.
Ah, sorry to hear that 😥 but yeah, like you said, I'll be streaming every race so at least you'll be able to catch up on it that way. I don't have anything against GT3 particularly, it's quite enjoyable racing, but it does seem like it's been done to death and I don't see the point in organising more of the same. The good things about RaceRoom (and AMS2, which I'm also using a fair bit these days) is the variety of content outside of your traditional car/track combos, might as well use it and enjoy it 😉especially when RaceRoom release two cars like the Praga R1 and Mazda MX5 which are both superb to drive.

It'll be great to have you racing whenever you can make it 👍 no promises but I might be able to swing some redeem codes from RaceRoom for some circuit giveaways throughout the season, they've been super helpful and generous before when I used to stream the official ranked servers.
3 classes with such power differences. Tricky mate! I’m not so sure!
We'll see 😎 there is quite a difference between the cars like you said, but at most circuits the Pragas should only lap the Audis once or twice and the Mazdas maybe 4 times? When you consider the huge differences between GTE and LMP1 it's on a similar kind of scale and also it's the kind of traffic you'd be dealing with in the real Britcar series too. Whether or not it's a recipe for incidents, well, I guess we'll find out in the test race 😅
Yet again a event I'd love to be part of, but again it's about cost, as I only have the basic DLC for R3E and not enough spare cash to buy more tracks/cars, good luck to all those who can take part, maybe the next time this is up I will have the whereabouts to purchase tracks and cars

It'll still be great to have you there for the races you can make, no problems with skipping a few here or there and I'm sure the points will still add up quickly 😁 I'd rather have that as opposed to skipping the entire season because you can't do every round.

Same here mate, can't wait! There's a couple of pre-season test races this weekend to make sure everything works but then the actual championship itself kicks off next month. If you're able to take part, which car do you have in mind?

@@DDFRacer I'm actually running all three on a couple of the tracks to see what I fancy, but I'm leaning towards the Audi TT RS! Touring cars seem to be what I'm most interested in these days
@@punchawaterfall6302 That would be awesome actually, the Mazda is definitely the most popular class so far so it'd be nice to get some more Audis on the grid to even things up 😉

Hey mate! Any luck with the testing? We just did the first pre-season test race and it was a lot of fun, the three different classes on track were really interesting 😃 next one starts in a few hours and definitely a few slots are still available to join if you can make it.

So, I tested it today and it went great, my computer runs it really fine!
I tested the MX-5 (the class I was aiming for) and it's a really smooth car! I can buy it, but ufortunately can't afford to have the tracks right now
