I've been doing this work out since 15 years ago. I tried pretty much every year, couldn't complete the whole routine, then gave up. Yesterday, by the age of 45, I finally did the entire routine and I am extremely proud of myself.

For those who are planning to do this workout, let me tell you this .. its gonna be tough at first. I first started doing this workout last month and I couldn't even continue after 34:00 . I have been doing it for one month and now i can finish the entire workout without stopping. My body feels stronger and even obtained some abs! Some tips: Do this workout on every alternate days, drink lots of water, cut down on carbs and sugar ( don't have to eliminate them entirely because who can resist carbs and sugar right !) This workout requires a lot of perseverance but it is worth it ! Good luck to everybody who is doing this workout!

And yes, it was very challenging at first; I had to modify the more advanced moves just to get through it. After a few months, I was able to graduate to the advanced moves! Today at 60, this still remains one of my favorite full workouts. The one move I still have to modify is the double spotty dog move; just too intense for me LOL
just an update: if you need to take a break from this workout, do not rest more than 3 days. I stopped working out for 4 days due to painful cramps and now im struggling to do the workout again oh dear.

I stopped doing this and then regained weight after a few years. At a certain point this year I restarted this fantastic workout and lost again quickly... The video is fun, the video has a positive energy, it seems the day will be better if you watch in the morning, the guys in the video are cool, not only beautiful, and better than anything, IT WORKS!!! The bottom line - you will give yourself permission to be happy. So do it because being happy is being healthy. Do this workout dance like no one is watching :-)

I'm currently on the way to losing 45kg (20kg already lost). I tried doing running intervals (1 minute on, 2 minutes off), but for almost the entire minute, I was having a very hard time. But then I came across this workout and started doing it a few times a week.. Let me tell you, I can now run for 10 minutes without stopping. From 1 minute to 10 minutes. I have NEVER done that in my entire life. Even when I was a kid - I had exercise induced asthma and I couldn't stand running for more than a minute. 10 minutes might not be much for most people but for me, that's a huge increase in fitness. People might dismiss this video because it's 'sexy,' but it's actually incredibly well choreographed not only for dance but for improving cardiovascular fitness. If you're like me, overweight and unfit, trust me - this will bring you up to a level you never thought possible.
My favourite work out by far! I bought it when it first came out. This video made me lose 2st ( even got my thigh gap and 4 pac back, but kept the important curves) after having two children by the age of 31, I am now using it again with healthy eating to lose the baby wieght at 33 after having my third child.. no other work out does it for me. No gym needed! And you can maintain the weight loss easily. ♥️

i did this in 2014 when i was 13-14 and weighed 71kgs. i was obese for my age and i remember doing this routine everyday. (i also remember bubzbeauty recommended this before) i lost weight to 58 in two months. im 21 now and gained to 68 throughout the years 🤣 im doing this again to lose and maintain it better. 🙏☀️

This WORKOUT changed my Life. For 1 year i started this 5x Times a week. After not doing any Sport 17 years and a Baby i started with 64 kg. My age is 35 years. My weight is now 51 kg with Food change the last Months. I still do this Workout 2x a week and added 3x a week hiit training, with weights. This workout is so much fun, i wont stop it.
I absolutely adore this workout - it's a very good mixture of various training practices and although it is strenuous, I miss the energy it gives me if I skip a day. So obsessed by it I sometimes do it twice per day. Love every bit of it and the retro style as well!

Thank goodness, I found it again. This was and is my favorite full body workout, I feel great afterwards. This is a workout for gym bums. You don't have to torture yourself through different workouts, you can do this in an hour and END. I am out of breath, haven't done this in a long time. OMG

Hey guys I love these workout routines pump it up n pump it up high energy I swear by them am 40 now been doing them since I was 24 but I have had few breaks in the years but back on it again now n hoping to shed the extra weight wish me luck guys n good luck to u all too believe in urself .. ❤
I did this when it first came out and it was the only dvd that worked! Now I’m much older and have bad knees but I modify it so I can withstand some of those jumpy bouncy moves. Also, if u want to last thru the whole thing, go to the third section (pump it up) straight after the warm up (heat). When u get the intense part out of the way, you can go back to the 2nd part (dance it out) and it’s much easier to maintain cz ur already pumped. Then continue from bums and tums through to chill. Before u know it, it’s over and ur feeling SO good!
I can’t recommend this workout enough. I first did it in 2009 after my first child and dropped 2.5 stone. I was really toned and in shape, what I would do to look like that again! I had another baby in 2021 and gained 2 stone on top of my lockdown weight (we all ate our way through lockdown, right?) I’ve tried many workouts on RUclips since, fitness blender, Chloe Ting etc but I don’t enjoy them and never feel like I’ve really worked out so I came back here. This really makes you sweat and your heart is racing throughout. Hopefully I’ll have the same success as last time.
I started a few weeks ago with about 20 minutes, building it to 30 minutes and now I can get to about 45 minutes. I will get through the whole video soon:)...

Did this like 7 years ago, dropped 20 pounds in a month, alongside running 3 km every day, and bike riding. Eating well too. Over the years I’ve gained some weight, so I’m hoping it’ll work again!

This WORKOUT changed my Life. For 1 year i started this 5x Times a week. After not doing any Sport 17 years and a Baby i started with 64 kg. My age is 35 years.
My weight is now 51 kg with Food change the last Months. I still do this Workout 2x a week and added 3x a week hiit training, with weights. This workout is so much fun, i wont stop it.

I absolutely adore this workout - it's a very good mixture of various training practices and although it is strenuous, I miss the energy it gives me if I skip a day. So obsessed by it I sometimes do it twice per day. Love every bit of it and the retro style as well!

I did this when it first came out and it was the only dvd that worked! Now I’m much older and have bad knees but I modify it so I can withstand some of those jumpy bouncy moves. Also, if u want to last thru the whole thing, go to the third section (pump it up) straight after the warm up (heat). When u get the intense part out of the way, you can go back to the 2nd part (dance it out) and it’s much easier to maintain cz ur already pumped. Then continue from bums and tums through to chill. Before u know it, it’s over and ur feeling SO good!
This is my all-time go-to workout. I'm glad I managed to find it again.
I can’t recommend this workout enough. I first did it in 2009 after my first child and dropped 2.5 stone. I was really toned and in shape, what I would do to look like that again!
I had another baby in 2021 and gained 2 stone on top of my lockdown weight (we all ate our way through lockdown, right?) I’ve tried many workouts on RUclips since, fitness blender, Chloe Ting etc but I don’t enjoy them and never feel like I’ve really worked out so I came back here.
This really makes you sweat and your heart is racing throughout. Hopefully I’ll have the same success as last time.
I started a few weeks ago with about 20 minutes, building it to 30 minutes and now I can get to about 45 minutes. I will get through the whole video soon:)...

Day 1: ✅ the intense cardio part is tough but totally worth it I’m pretty exited for tomorrow
Day 2: ✅Today was tough the cardio part killed me again but it was fun
Day 3: ✅ I felt like today's workout went by pretty fast ( except the cardio part of course ) still enjoyed it
Day 4: ✅ Bad workout day today motivation was low. Still really happy that i completed the workout tho

I found the workout again after 20 years, now I'm 50 years old and I've done it with a 10 kilo weight waist. In contrast to back then, it was easy for me and I had a lot of fun! Beautiful girls and great music. Thanks
Currently doing this under lockdown. Got the original dvd from about 2005 or whenever when I was young and agile at 24....and worked my way up to do all parts. Now 38 and I'm struggling with the Heat section 🙈🙈🙈
