i used to do 3 furnaces.. would have 1 doing tin and 2 doing copper.. then once all the tin done.. i would put half in each copper furnace and have both copper furnaces then crafting bronze.. because you need 2 copper per 1 tin for a bronze

Some interesting info, my base is on the water right behind the middle control temple, then you have the flint tribe camp a little farther. My base is considered to still be in starter area and can not be invaded. Everytime i set up a bonfire when taming tribesmen at barbarian camp, the second i place it, a guy drops from sky to start the process. The game is waiting for me to be raided because you can not be invaded in starter area.

@@RyelW So I'm not sure anymore, I was just watching Kage848 and he was built right beside the starter pond that turns to a river. He didn't show it but said that a random barbarian showed up and just stood there staring at the fire so he killed him. He is even deeper into starter area and was on like the 3rd episode. I am 160 hrs at this location and have never been scouted. I don't know if it's because I'm built on water or that I'm very close to the mysterious ruins for control but feeling lucky for sure. I afk a lot because I have got use to no issues so hopefully it doesn't happen. My 16 guys are good on gear and weapons, just don't want to chance it.
That was 2 months ago, maybe something did change, I will keep testing by placing bonfires in random areas of the starter area.
have a 4th tribesmen set to withdraw the copper and tin ingots and store them in the bronze smelter and you'll have a continuous loop that you don't have to touch

Even easier. Two furnaces is all you need because copper needs two to one tin so have tin furnace also smelt the bronze that way they are both always working and nobody is sitting. 200 copper in furnace one 100 tin 100 bronze in other furnace in a rotation.

cant you just make cycle queue 30, 60, 30 every hour. bump it a bit more when they skill up faster, then you dont have to micro manage your tribemen and move ingots for them
Well I have 3 tribemen always assign to those to everytime I put something in a chest or in the workbench, they will get to work but I see what you mean

Not really, some people might just make one furnace and not think about having more so just some tips to help get more in a short amount of time and plus smelting takes very long so you will need more for sure
