I heard there are lots of the words/phrases we use so commonly and frequently in our day to day life are actually copyrighted for POD. I am sure you've already known some of them. It'd be nice if you could make a video about that, you know, a video like "the most shocking copyrighted words/phrases you never expected!!!!!" Again, thanks for all the fabulous videos you put out and Happy New Year!

That is a great idea. I think it is ridiculous that you can trademark words like colors, such as Pink, or months, such as October. I was shocked at " World's Greatest Dad," and "Girl Dad," and "Just A Girl."

@@MissMolly3377 They are like land mines for POD content creators and, unfortunately, they are everywhere! Not only is it a big No No to use in the designs, one could also get into trouble by having them in the descriptions. That's why I hope more experienced content creators can share what they have learned over the years, and I am sure they can increase their RUclips viewership for making videos like that as there is no similar video out there. Anyway, thanks for "Second That", and who knows, perhaps "Second That" might be also someone's copyrighted PROPERTY already!!

Juna, question... if you go onto Kittl, create a logo design, then upload to your three POD sites, is that logo/design protected as your own? Or can another POD seller go on there and "borrow, steal or take" your logo and sell it for themselves? Thanks!

    • @DetourShirts

If you use the designs on Kittl as is.....chances are that other people will do the same.
