- Se tardó 6 episodios para que la serie finalmente despegue, si se confirma que se canceló y no habrá segunda temporada, entonces me quedan solo 4 capítulos y muchas cuestiones son resolución...
Edité un poco para darle mayor efecto a lo que sucede en Washington, quitando casi toda la parte de Medio Oriente.
**SPOILERS**
Luego de ver el episodio 8, ya no quedan dudas que Al Masih no es Jesús en su segunda venida, así que el nombre de la serie Messiah debe ser tomado con un sentido más amplio, si es que existe, tipo mensajero/profeta/enviado/salvador de Dios. La serie juega a sembrar dudas sobre si Al Masih no sería un discípulo de Oscar Wallace (personaje ficticio - chequeado), decidido a sembrar caos en Estados Unidos, pero ese juego no me seduce, no necesito ver a un Keyser Soze repartido en varias temporadas.
I love the music, its so mesmerizing.
Thanks Netflix for renewing your 2848 trash series that you have but this gem you cancel after 1 season. Cancelling subscription.
I love how when they show the walking on water scene our view is kind of obstructed. So its not totally clear if it is a miracle. Its almost like we the audience are also in that crowd and we have to "decide what side we stand on"
Yeah, thanksfully they pretty much unveiled the truth at the end, which makes me wonder what season 2 was supposed to be~~

I agree. Stopped my membership on netflix as soon as that. Many great shows went to the thrash after real promising begginings.
Yeah, though I'm not sure what they could do for season 2 to stay compelling (unless he actually isn't the messiah after all, but the antichrist)

What made it compelling was the question whether he was the messiah or not. If it has been answered at the end of season 1, then I can kind of understand it being cancelled~

The fact so many people Loved this show, tells me that the AC really will decieve so many when the time comes.
I dunno if I loved it, but once it was revealed he really was the messiah, I think all the suspense was gone (unless, of course, season 2 was supposed to show he actually wasn't)

I love this movie, come on Netflix dont bow out to political pressure - you're an entertainment company please continue to entertain us. This series is griping, leaves you on the edge of your seat and even question your daily routine in life! What more do you want you had many of us hooked within the first 5 minutes. Please bring season 2 to your loyal customers.

Me da risa que esta serie le tira convenientemente al cristianismo que al mismo islam, a los del islam los ponen más precavidos justo cuando el el cristianismo tenemos ordenes directas de como será el regreso de Jesús y una advertencia por Jesucristo sobre los falsos mesias que vendrán , mientras que el judaísmo y otras ideologías salen como los héroes o invictos.
We do in islam aswell infact it goes as far to say that everybody with an ounce of faith in God will see he has written on his forehead the word “Kuffar/Kafir” which means disbeliever
