HAHA I bought a condo on that very block you're standing on (E flagler st) in 2021 for $165k now it's worth $280k and after the revamp of the neighborhood will be $500k+ (so great investment area). A lot of construction, parking is not so good, homeless is not so good, however on the flip side, so many things to do. Endless entertainment ( a Bowlero is coming this year), great public transportation, close to Brickell, short walk to the park/bayside, and close to the highway. If I could do it all over again, I would buy as an investment property instead of a primary residence and live somewhere in north beach as I love the water and greenery over there. Overall downtown is a fantastic investment, and great for a work and play situation. I'm 30, so I prefer to live somewhere more calm, less people, more suburbish.
I'm sure every area in South Florida is good for investment, but your totally right. Glad that you made a gain! Maybe you can buy the property in north beach and keep that one for rentals. Contact me if you need any help and thank you so much for your comment!
I always watching your videos is so interested too work and lived in Miami, a question for you is if i get there is that possible too get a work fast in Miami and are you mean that that the cheaper appartement cost 500$ or 600$ per month for 1 bedroom
I hope I don't bring the mood down when I say this but I had interest in moving to Miami a few months ago but I changed my mind or at least waiting until everything cools off over there. It's been a lot of shootings and murders over there lately. But if it's any safe areas in Miami please let me know because I'm afraid to move there.
Safest areas in my opinion as a Miami resident are (in no particular order): Brickell, Brickell Key, The Venetian Islands, Key Biscayne. Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Surfside, Design District and South Miami. In Miami Beach: South of Fifth and the neighborhoods West of Meridian Ave.
@@rm02130 thanks for the recommendations. But tbh I may prefer to move to the Fort Lauderdale area if I do decide to move to South Florida. And I pray that they find all the missing people from the collapse condo in Miami 🙏🏽💕
I gotta say the production of this video was really impressive, nice job - good vid/info
Hey man thanks so much for that! Lot of work put into it!

Curious … which area would y’all pick to relocate to - midtown? downtown? Brickell?
SUSPICION. even so.. ..!
The loud sounds are not appealing. I usually watch videos like this when I’m falling asleep
