He most definitely is. The voice never tempts him to do anything, just shares helpful info. Demons usually push people towards certain desires, but the voice just keeps him calm.
I always thought that particular bit of lore was odd. One of the few facts about pre-imperial unification humanity is that psykers didn't become prevalent across the galaxy until late in the dark age of technology. This means that Gellar fields had to be generated without psykers before then. It just seems strange that they'd vegetablize and nutritionally sustain psykers for Gellar fields when a more efficient technology clearly already existed. Still, it's one of those crazy lore bits that are gratifying to see in games like this.

I am doubtless that the 'Beloved' psyker is straight up talking with a fragment of the Emperor. The meta knowledge this psyker has couldn't come from anyone or anything else.

In the book "The Great Work" Belisarius Cawl can easily select what kind of personality traits he'll use for the kind of mission he is going on. And with Hadron being almost 4 centuries old I reckon she's almost at the point of mandatory memcore purge.

@Nicolas Peigné I did, only because I met two- A Zealot and a Veteran, who were so floored with my Ogryns name and apparel, that they just complimented me every few hordes on Heresy in Dreyko. That said, yeah you're probably right. No one likes the dangers of the upper tiers and would probably just stay together.
The banter between the squad and Hadron is also something I like. As someone who has not looked into any books (audio or otherwise) it gives color to the personalities of children of the omnissiah.
That Psyker is actually talking to the Emperor. He simply knows too much about the Emperor that the ecclesiarchy redacted, such as the fact that He would never consider himself a God.
Of course Ultramarine circle jerks all round. Would make sense to bring in the Salamanders to purge the blight with Nocturne fire and protect people at the same time.

The entire point of the game is you're a disposable asset not even worth remembering, no way in hell we're getting something as important as commissars or sisters.
While everyone is talking about the dialogue from the PCs, I've got something to say about the semi-inaudible dialogue from the NPCs. Specifically at 7:48. For this Chaos Ogryn sounds very similar to that of the Ologs from Middle Earth: Shadow of War. Why that you may ask? Because some of them have that specific tone I've heard.
The psyker actually hearing the real Emperor only adds to the evidence that there isn’t much of him left. Just barely useful fragments of psyche drifting around in the warp for anyone to pick up

Nope. Being in the Inquistion isnt the same as being an Inquisitor. Those are rare, but as the game attempts to show they are backed up by whole armies of expendable meat. Space Marines have never numbered much more than a few million even in the grand old days of the Legions. They arent a threat because of their numbers, they are a threat because each one is just THAT good.
