Hi, sorry for the late reply! While the specialist said that all babies are slightly farsighted, Luke is more farsighted than normal, which caused him to have accommodative strabismus. Farsightedness is something that your body can actually try to correct by pulling your eye muscles to change the shape of your eye, so in Luke's case his eyes were crossing in an effort to actually clear up his vision when he looked at objects that were close to him.
He's so cute. And he looks so cute in those glasses.
