I never tried seriously to do macrame before because it seemed complicated trying to learn from a book. I'm a visual learner and you did such a wonderful job showing how easy this really is. I think I'm going to make this hammock and also check out your channel to see if you have tutorials for plant hangers because I am in desperate need of making some of those too now that I've bought a bunch of rope to macrame with. 😄 Thank you so much for this demonstration. 👍😊
I think the bulk needs to be reduced at the end. I totally get what you were trying to do with the wrap around!! I think thinner cording would help. I love what you designed!!
I had a coworker mention she had pet rats and she wanted to buy a hammock for them. Challenge accepted! I crocheted her one. Turned out great! She gave me some fleece material and I will make as many as I can with the supplies she gave me. Turned out great and she absolutely loves it.

I totally agree! It looks great when fruit is in it - I would like it to be less bulky - so I think I will try lighter cord!

There's a tie off method were you wrap a half Hitachi knot on the ends
