Congress + China have f*ked North and North Eastern Bharat since 1897. Congress was established in Mumbai (Bombay) in 1887. There is a negative history of loot, mass religious conversions, drug trade and human trafficking since 100+ years. Now, piece by piece we are seeing the Northern parts of our nation build up once again! I hope North Easterns indigenous Hindus claim back their lands and rights and change the demography! Nagaland, Manipur, Meghalaya being prime examples of conversions!

Honestly, I wanted it to be that way, I don't want the simplicity of assamese people to fade and become extinct because of mainland India's hush rush culture seeping in and making things complex. When I went out of assam I craved that simplicity that sense of selfless acts, helping out each other without seeking something in return. I might be wrong in thinking this way. Just personal opinion

'Khar' is basically a liquid substance prepared by cutting banana trees and leave to dry, then after they are burned and water is poured over the remaining ash such as filtration. This liquid is then used for cooking and even for other uses too. Khar is beneficial for digestion.

Very disappointed with Curly Tales lack of knowledge when it comes to Assam & North East as a whole esp food and culture. She tried to forcefully add the silkworm clip despite not finding it anywhere in the city. Just because it satisfies their stereotype. She was campaigning for the Udan scheme hence missed to show that she could have easily visited from the Jorhat Aiport. In a different episode, she presented Tibetian food to Ayushman Khurana while claiming to eat food from northeast. Someone please tell her the entire northeast is not the same. Momo is not a traditional Assamese food but Assam has adopted it like every other state in India. It is the responsibility of content creators like her to stop the spread of misinformation. Chefs like Ranbir Brar, Vikas Khanna and youtubers like Sidharth Joshi , visa2explore do their research and show the appropriate level of respect when it comes to other cultures.

To taste Assamese thali, please use hand instead of spoon, mix the rice with the daal and curries. With your fingers and then put it in your mouth.
