Just bought a house in Laveen, been told it's ghetto from my local friends as well. My parents are even impressed with the area. 700k properties in Seattle look shit ty some times.
I live in the Boston area. He's right, that house would be 600-700k here in Massachusetts 😯

Hey, Mr. Big I loved the lavern house which includes The washer and dryer 'Wow' and the house was only $250.000 where can you find a 1700-1750 square feet for that amount of money, not in Chandler, Gilbert. Lavern is really, really a nice suburb. Love the videos

Hey big super we've been loving your Arizona videos. We will be relocating out west in another year. My sister in law and her husband currently have a soul food restaurant in Ahwatukee. Its the best in Arizona please stop in and do a vlog after eating. Trust me great food and service with a blessed smile. The name of the restaurant is called Ezekiels. It's a black owned business the owners are Brad and Laurita Carr.

My mom lived in Laveen in the mid 2000's off 31st and southern not bad but back then when I came to visit that manure smell at Walmart center was too much..heard it's gone now.

fee q HOA was $115 a month , but it just got increased to $120 a month.

Electric can get up to 400.00 to 600.00 a month in summer. And don't forget about HOA fees, which can get high! Personally, I will Never give HOA the satisfaction of one more person paying their fees and following their dictates. You can't plant a tree without it being approved. You have to paint your house color approved. And if you have a violation, you pay fees. If you don't play those fees and accumulate to much, you better believe they will and can take your house! It's a racket!
