I am learning to crochet too. My daughter was attempting to teach me and another daughter last weekend when they were home. Was so funny as ours was a disaster 😂 Waiting for a wool order to come to have another go, because the 2 tubs of wool i have is obviously unsuitable 😂
Hi Alli, I’m quite liking the crochet now I’ve started to get the hang of it!! What is it about collecting wool, I too have tons of it 🤦♀️

I did the first Floral Etching and loved it! I did the whole thing as a pillow and then did one flower again on small count so it came out really large. Gorgeous pattern!
That’s a great idea doing one flower, I just might pinch that if you don’t mind 😊
Beautiful finishes Elaine. Pink House Sampler is perfect in the frame you chose. Lovely progress on all of your stitching. I don’t have the Strawberry Sheep chart but I will be getting the peacock one from Cottage Garden Samplings. Hoping to get it through Coffee Craft Fabrics with fabric. Absolutely love your Home Sweet Home and your Pink House sampler looks lovely! And we should have discussed The Fortune Hotel ending before now! by the Pricking of my Thumbs is Macbeth, and I have started that design, must get back to it. Glad you didn’t find the speed awareness too bad..that’s both of us caught out now at the same speed, but I’m still more ‘aware’ now thanks to that course five months later! Can I have a copy of that pic of me? Xxxx

For some reason zippers and bags being opened do not come through as annoying with my ear buds/IPad. Your garden house is a real treat! I did the Something wicked stitch on purple fabric and it is fun and fun to put out for Halloween. How special to get to travel to Italy. I find I really enjoy stitching with one thread anymore if project will work that way.
Yes I’m a real fan of one thread where I can! I bet something wicked looks fantastic on purple!! Did you do a pillow or frame it?
