Battled most of the day with same problem. Replaced plug, oil and gasoline. Pulled fuel filter no go. Followed this video and now fixed. Injectors were clogged. Thanks a bunch.
You helped me big time! I've never messed with a carb before. Nailed it! Now it runs but it runs really slow and stalls. If I shoot air i in the filter box it runs perfectly. I'm not a smart mechanical person. So I don't know what to do next. Thanks for the help.
Shoot air? Like with an air compressor? Sounds like either that choke isn’t opening or the throttle is sticking (or hooked up wrong) there are two butterfly gates in the carb, both allow more or less air to increase or decrease the engine speed. The choke is closer to the outside of the carb, usually on a manual lever or autochoke. It’s closed to start the machine but then you manually open the choke or hear automatically opens it. The other butterfly is the throttle, that’s usually hooked up to the govenor and Anita the speed to normal operating speed around 3000 RPMs. You need to see if the choke is opening first. If it is, look to see if the throttle is hooked up right and that the butterfly isn’t stuck closed.
I managed to repair my 190cc Brigs Stratton pump, changing oil seals, water seals for custom made polystyrene ones, I changed the plastic non-return valves in the piston chamber, it has good pressure, but I have a problem or a I would like to clarify if possible, in these engines the carburetor has an idle speed (screw), in this equipment it never goes into idle speed, in another one I had when I released the trigger, the engine braked and the governor acted, it pulled the carburetor throttle and lower the revs until I opened the trigger again and accelerated, I thought that was its normal function. but not in this equipment, how should the engine work normally? Is it always running at 3600rpm? thank you
It should always be around 3200-3600. If the pump isn’t working right, it’ll stall the motor. Sometimes the thermal relief valve or the pressure adjustment screw malfunction and builds too much pressure and stall the motor. Otherwise the motor should stay at or around idle.

Glad to hear! Thanks for sharing 👍👍

@@SHONEY21Z yep, air compressor
@@SHONEY21Z found out it's leaking water so it's done
The pump is leaking water? They can be replaced. Usually about $65-$70 on Amazon.
@@SHONEY21Z thanks, I'll look into it
Carb needs cleaning and flush tank
Thank you 🙏
Thanks for the view!
