Awesome video! When you drill like this, is the goal for the first person to perform a takedown and the other person begins to defend to work his way up and then he takes you down? I thought it might be that way, but then at times it seemed to be whoever could get the takedown first. Either way, outstanding stuff!
The drill is 1-1 takedowns fight back to your feet. If you have a chance to reverse the position it counts as a takedown and its the other persons turn to fight up.

@@onejudoka we do something similar (no gi and also in Judo) where the uke is giving 50% resistance-- is this the same here or is uke giving more, especially in Ne Waza?
Beautiful to watch
Both of you guys are elites, respect
This is how you are supposed to roll... Each person helps the other become better... Without injuring each other.
Great video! Would you ever be down to share your fav takedowns from the overhook and how you combine them?
Toujours au top. ㊗💯👍

@@onejudoka Awesome, thanks! I am going to incorporate this the next time I lead class. I appreciate you taking the time to answer.
Sick roll. Anyone know where to buy those Bruce Lee shorts from?
Is the drill tachiwaza to quick transition on ground?--(throw for throw)
