Luca, I have watched videos of you for several years here on youtube. In some you were much younger, and I thought you were pretty good. I didn't really believe, you would be all that good, when you got older, if you did indeed stay with the piano. I have to say you have turned out to be one of the best I have ever heard. Everything you play is played with an articulate ear, and you have a wonderful feel for the correct rhythm of songs across the spectrum of all types of music. From the Boogie Woogie, to the softest of the most beautiful melodies you have the feel, and the style. I have played piano for longer than you have been alive, and am familiar with many different pianists. You are way above all the boogie woogie/jazz players that are out playing right now. Don't lose your head and keep up the good work. I see you as becoming one of the greats like Oscar Peterson, or someone of that stature. Salute.
I agree with Luvstruck and his comments about how well you play every song. I watch your you tubes at least once a day, and up three times a day. It depends on what time I have available. Keep up what you do every day. You are a true master of the piano!!!

I think you need to work on your predictive skills. For my take, that's kind of like listening to very early, very young Hiromi or Yuja Wang, and being ho hum unimpressed.
On the Oscar Peterson and the later portions of your Sestak analysis I totally agree. But maybe you should listen to some Art Tatum, and hear the interview with Count Basie where they discuss HIS talent (It is on YT, and hilarious. That Basie almost missed his second calling as a comedian. His timing and witty cutting replies are world class level. And Oscar's stories about Tatum will make you WANT to hear some. Oscar said he followed Tatum a few times in concerts and thought something to the tune of "why bother?".
In one of Sestak's videos Jonny May gives a very positive assessment of one of Luca's renditions. It was predictably the number one comment with n ks of likes. Some of Jonny's "never play this song in this style" are not only entertaining but actual music. And he's no slouch tickling the ivories, either. Maybe a bit less showy than Luca, but very good, MHO. I can pretty much guarantee it was one of Luca's favorite comments, a guess, but I'd bet better than even money on it, were I a betting man.

I've been watching his videos since like 2009, so glad I never forgot his name. He is the one who, when I started watching online at such a young age, introduced me to boogie woogie itself with Swanee River! :) He will go down in the same category as pianists like Billy Joel and Herbie Hancock and Ray Charles. SO talented and hardworking and one of the many underrated examples of young musicians keeping great music alive

Luca ,who would have thought when we first saw you as a little boy of 14 you would become such a great pianist. Well,a lot of us, the talent was already obvious. I remember you posting you hoped your voice would develop. It has although to equal your playing it must become very special. Myself I think it is now good and will become great.
