I remember at Disney World in the Grand Floridian, they have a pianist who comes out to play every so often. I sat and saw him play for a while up until he asked me to make a request. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but I told him to play anything by the Beatles, and he played this

Well John definitely wrote all or most of the lyrics , but then Paul claimed he wrote the whole melody. Some university study said they though tthe melody was more Lennon 's style, but I don't think we can ever be sure about it. Maybe Ringo knows, but I've never heard him say anything about it.
I'm a person who has been playing piano for now a year and i was a fast learner and honestly i love the way you play it its clean and isn't all over the place and it feels organic. it has a very clam tone to it, and it is inspirational it is a beautiful song
About 5 years late on my comment, but your love of the song really comes through in how you play it. Nice and clean with small flourishes where it counts. Thanks for posting.

On the phrase, "In my life" (I love you more)............I hear maybe the piano player is playing a B note in the left hand that I DON'T hear in the Beatles' original song. I'd play a D note in the left hand there, and in the right hand D minor with its top playing the melody notes B,A,B,A. But not sure. Nice job!
I'll listen to Beatles again, but I heard on that phrase a D-sixth and simply D minor following that in right hand.............and no C at all.....just my recollection...........I'll go hear it again. You do great!
Ryan692 Yeah, it’s supposed to be an f instead of an f# in the right hand for what would be the word/lyric “though.” Other than that I really appreciated this cover and seeing what you did at the bridge!
To be honest, I mostly just played the regular chords with my left hand and with the right I used the vocal melody line that can be found in sheet music format in the book on my piano stand there. It is called The Beatles Complete Scores and is a fantastic resource for any Beatles song. Not the exact same thing as I'm playing obviously but it is a great start if you want to learn the notes.
@Emily Frazee & @Thinker I transcribed Ryan's arrangement. RUclips doesn't allow for full links but you can download it here (let me know if you need help): drive.google.com/file/d/1srVEY2d-VtrUrndMW7DqdTD_nWHuNXVB/view?usp=sharing
Nice job on that solo. George Matrin actually recorded it at half speed so good on you for doing it at the normal speed. Especially that last part is really complex...
this is super random but i looked this up when reading moon knight issue 14 of the 1980 Doug Moench and Bill Sienkiewicz run and it really added to the scene where Marlene is playing this song on the piano, so thank you

That’s awesome.

One of my favorite songs...
👍
This is by far one of the most beautiful melodies ever written!
I wish john could see
How immortal he has become ... :(
Rainman if he was immortal he would be able to see it
john would hate this version
He Al ready knows...

Just got married this past Saturday and this is what I was supposed to walk down the aisle to but our pianist didn’t play it lol
@@lenyherrera1391 Why not?? What kind of reason did they give for not playing the song you requested? I'm mad.

What a perfect wedding song!!! ❤💖👍

John Lennon is alive through his music. And we’ll have that forever
George Martin

George Harrison too!
Um, excuse me, but this song is credited to Lennon/McCartney.
@@clintgillespie8579 I thing that Ringo play’s drums in that song, and Harrison the guitar.

I've heard this song so many times, it's so cool to see how its actually played out on piano! much respect, dude
This is a lovely rendition of one of the most beautiful songs ever written. We will be including it in six weeks at our wedding!
Ryan, this has to be the best piano version I've heard and thank-you for posting this. You are truly wonderful and beautifully played.
I will play this version on my wedding ❤️
Good luck friend!

All my life though some have changed
Some forever not for better
Some have gone and some remain
All these places had their moments
With lovers and friends I still can recall
Some are dead and some are living
In my life I've loved them all
But of all these friends and lovers
There is no one compares with you
And these memories lose their meaning
When I think of love as something new
Though I know I'll never lose affection
For people and things that went before
I know I'll often stop and think about them
In my life I love you more
Though I know I'll never lose affection
For people and things that went before
I know I'll often stop and think about them
In my life I love you more

Use headphones not earphones when listening to this. It's infinitely better.
I wish George could have seen this. R.I.P.
Este tema es de Lennon
Creo que se refiere a George Martin, el productor de The Beatles y el hombre que tocó el solo de piano, el verdadero 5to beatles.
Harrison or Martin? Or both?
