I remember at Disney World in the Grand Floridian, they have a pianist who comes out to play every so often. I sat and saw him play for a while up until he asked me to make a request. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but I told him to play anything by the Beatles, and he played this
I was at Disney World in Florida in 1994 when I was 10. I'm from Spain.

Well John definitely wrote all or most of the lyrics , but then Paul claimed he wrote the whole melody. Some university study said they though tthe melody was more Lennon 's style, but I don't think we can ever be sure about it. Maybe Ringo knows, but I've never heard him say anything about it.

I'm a person who has been playing piano for now a year and i was a fast learner and honestly i love the way you play it its clean and isn't all over the place and it feels organic. it has a very clam tone to it, and it is inspirational it is a beautiful song
This was the recession at my grandmother's funeral and it was such a perfect song to reach everyone.

in my life is my most favorite beatles's song
On the phrase, "In my life" (I love you more)............I hear maybe the piano player is playing a B note in the left hand that I DON'T hear in the Beatles' original song. I'd play a D note in the left hand there, and in the right hand D minor with its top playing the melody notes B,A,B,A. But not sure. Nice job!
Math Person I'm playing a Dm7 in my left hand during that phrase (D,F,A,C).
I'll listen to Beatles again, but I heard on that phrase a D-sixth and simply D minor following that in right hand.............and no C at all.....just my recollection...........I'll go hear it again. You do great!
Ryan692 Yeah, it’s supposed to be an f instead of an f# in the right hand for what would be the word/lyric “though.” Other than that I really appreciated this cover and seeing what you did at the bridge!

To be honest, I mostly just played the regular chords with my left hand and with the right I used the vocal melody line that can be found in sheet music format in the book on my piano stand there. It is called The Beatles Complete Scores and is a fantastic resource for any Beatles song. Not the exact same thing as I'm playing obviously but it is a great start if you want to learn the notes.

Originally, the solo part of the piano is played slowly one octave lower and the number of revolutions is increased later. ,It's hard, is not it. ..
This version competes with the Amazon commercial as the best piano solo cover of this song.

Any gifted piano player can play this. The true genius is writing this stuff - John Lennon wrote this (with some help from Paul mc cartney) when he was 25 years old. What an absolute genius to write this. Although this video here is the music, the lyrics are awe inspiring that lennon and mc cartney wrote along with this music. I can imagine john lennon playing this as he composed it on the piano.
The genius isn't the young girl or boy playing the piano here at all (they are learned by wrote here) the genius's of this world are the Lennon's and mc cartneys that are able to write these songs. Two guys from liverpools council estates that wrote some of the most beautiful songs ever composed. These people are few and far between.

What's the point
The lyrics was John's, but the music was definitely Paul's.
No way. Do the research, this is John's creation. John's genius, as an artist, was incomparable. Though I do concede Paul was a better musician.
The rule of thumb was if John sang the lead it was his composition and vice versa. I'm sure Paul had some input as Lennon would have input in Paul's songs, but this is Lennon all the way.
