- "Let It Be" composed by Paul McCartney and the Beatles. Classic song that I've been wanting to cover for a while now. I played it slightly slower than the original to bring out the melody a little more and I didn't want it to sound rushed. I don't have any sheets unfortunately considering this arrangement was based off of the Beatles Complete Scores book that I own and it isn't exactly what is written in it (but it's close enough, so I would recommend it for the notes and chords at least). I am in tears. This sounds so very much like the rendition played by the pianist at my mother’s funeral almost 15 years ago. It’s beautiful. Bravo.

And coming from the FBI is quite an accomplishment.
I still don't understand how this doesn't have a lot of likes and more views, out of all the covers of Let it Be this is the one that stands out the most.
Ín the real one the sing melody is not played at all. So it's made up.

Like others, tears are flowing. What a beautiful performance. I was serving in the Navy when this album came out. and my passion for music and The Beatles in particular helped me get through some trying times. When I searched for a piano cover for Let It Be, I hoped to get an arrangement that was true to the spirit of the song including George's guitar solo. You achieved both by capturing virtually every note in the solo. Now I know what perfection sounds like. Thank you so much for sharing your talent and effort.
