I was waiting for you to do an episode with Margo. She inspires me a lot. She's so passionate about what she does. Bieng interested in the many things that life has to offer besides climbing does not make her accomplishments any less impressive. I think we can all be more than just one thing and experiment throughout life without staying confined to one skill or passion.
Damn, so sorry to hear all she's had to endure. Insane. From my side, I'm not on Instagram and live in Europe, and I did find it weird that she disappeared from the climbing news. Then I found out she was releasing a single. Without any context it did seem weird, which is not the same as saying I 'disagreed': people do whatever they want. But now I do know the context, it's very clear why, and also becomes part of an ecosystem I completely recognise (illness and other interests). And it is because of how enlightening this context is that I feel she is right to get it out there. She doesn't 'owe' it to us, but it serves to show people who have been mindboggled by her sends the existential logic behind it all. Thanks for the podcast. One last thing: the idiots stick out, their words and bad actions. But the vast majority of us is not ill-intentioned, bad-mouthed or judgmental. I hope she can hang on to that too.
