1:15 during this part it is possible to get 3 Third eyes The only hard part is the first third eye, the rest of the two just spam as they come up. The first third eye need to come up right before the first fire/ice rune appears on screen. Then if done correctly the next two third eye you spam should all get hit by thunder and fire. The timing is really tight, you hit the button third eye come up and right then the first ice/fire icon should pop up, so its more about how familiar you are with when ice/fire icon come up after kokytos finish casting dual spell
