Poissioniere at 2 is more than enough. You can summon this card from hand, extra deck, and deck. And you can shuffle it back from GY to deck easily with field spell. You always have easy access to summon her from anywhere.

The closet example of a card like this is Salamangreat Gazelle, when it got limited, ppl try tons of alternative way to search it out, Small World, Mining etc... they are both Starter and Extender themselves, you never have enough starter in a combo. But things go rough on Nouvelles since you still need enough resource to play, unlike sala can dump their hand to GY for Gazelle. So Small world is a bad option, One for One is better but limited and is also an UR, Diviner need to be tributed, maybe viable but cost you some effort and sadly, is another UR. You can see all the better starters in the game are UR, cause you never have enough of them in your deck.
