Driving problems of a big city in the landscapes of a suburb. What could go wrong? Well my friend, you could get into a car accident, run a red light, get cut off, have street closures happen on your way to work, almost hit pedestrians, and definitely honk at everyone. Honk or be honked at.
A driver in the streets and a sick boy in the sheets. I do my best so that you can judge me in the comments. I read every single one of them, so don’t think I don’t notice your sass. But I love most of you. Thanks for watching and enduring the driving pains of an average LA driver.

I use my wiper fluid when someone is tailgating me, it pisses them off and gets them off my tail.

Guys, I was joking about the windshield because I did not (and still do not) understand why it's rude to clean his windshield on the freeway according to Drivers of Los Angeles. Not cleaning his windshield if it needs to be can be dangerous.
Why don't you take some paper towels and some window cleaner, and clean it before you drive? Duhhh common sense.

they could also stop people who don't wait for it to clear, and people like you who don't understand what traffic signals mean would be slim pickens for the boys and girls in blue.

The thing I found the most annoying was this jerk leaning on their horn for every little thing. So you get a few drops of windshield fluid on your windshield because someone found their dirty windshield distracting and decided to clean it. So you hit your wipers for a second. Everybody does it and almost nobody honks at the other driver for it. I guess when you are the perfect driver you get incensed at tiniest issues.

This is why you have so many dashcam videos of atrocious Los Angeles driving: there are too many cars in Los Angeles, and thus there is too much congestion. Los Angeles needs to get rid of some of them by providing better cycling, transit and walking options.

LOL you honked at the windshield fluid! That cracked me up. I deal with bad drivers all the time (Florida to those who can relate), but I'm not that gutsy with my horn. If I'd use it that much, I'd get a lot of psycho road ragers on my dashcams. And probably calls to 911. Although fortunately, I don't need a permit to have my gun in my car. But I don't need that level of drama in my life.

What everyone needs to stop doing is tailgating because that’s how a road rage starts.
Man, I really REALLY would opt to start carrying refilled water bottles with white vinegar in them. Just lob them out the window on the cars parked across traffic, HAHA. I so feel your frustration, unfortunately Cali drivers are moving to Utah in swarms and now we get to deal with the increase of stupidity as well. 6:36 You do get to filter forward in California by law, meaning that you may drive in space in between traffic lanes provided that the traffic flow is neither very fast (in this case it was stopped) and you are not travelling more that 15 mph (hardly likely from the footage).

Especially in city driving it makes literally no sense to have a fossil car. when you at most only drive 50 miles a day.. At that 4 minute light, everyone was just sitting there not doing anything running the gas engine and polluting LA (I drive a Fusion Hybrid so my gas engine is off half the miles I drive) , it doesn't make any sense and the earth and our air quality is suffering greatly as a result. I'm saving up for an EV and buying one as soon as I can. They're just so much better; faster, quieter, way more efficient, cleaner, cheaper to run, almost no maintenance, smoother, easier to drive, The longest road trips I regularly make are under 200 miles so it'd be absolutely no problem to get a Chevy Bolt or a Hyundai Kona Electric or Tesla Model 3 or Kia Niro EV whose driving ranges are well above 200 miles. And my university just opened free charging stations all over campus so I could drive around for free
used nissan leafs go from $5-10k.... that's totally affordable
I live an hour out and the only reason to ever be in the city is for work and bc of local and highways I always gotta leave my house 4 hours prior bc if driving isn’t a problem finding parking is. Insane.

I grew up in the South Bay area of L.A. county, Torrance and Redondo Beach.. the traffic wasn't so bad at all.. Driving around the city of L.A., is bad..too many cars, old streets, old freeways, pot holes, pushy drivers, entitled drivers (even if their car looks like it's been in a demolition derby!), lots of J-walkers... And even if you're driving good but honk at a bad driver, they'll give you the finger!! 😲.... I don't live in L.A. anymore, moved to Northern CA, nowhere a big city but Mom still lives in Gardena, so I visit her often, so I put up with the freeway traffic, the busy streets and a stop light on every block, just to see Mama 😁 (And of course go shopping, see the ocean, eat some good food and visit all my friends)! 😁💖
I live in the state of New York, living 220 yards (1/8 mile) to the state line of Connecticut; this is EXACTLY what it really looks like. Everyone has their minds of their own, especially New York City.

in brussels i already only make less than 5% of my moves with my car because of the big messy traffic here. but as soon as i get my green card and move to LA , i sell it and increase the bike part up to 100%. no way that i loose such time
