So homesick for Europe. Thank you for showing the roads.
Our pleasure Pat 🙂😎🐼
Hello Friday friend’s :-) ⚓️
Phil, you need to add one of those teapot towers to your garden! It would look awesome!
Maybe make it into a fountain?????
I wonder if that plate with a hole in the centre might actually be the very topmost section of a cake stand. The part just below the handle where they might have put a few truffles or petit-fours. The central rod would have gone through the hole.
It could be Sarah 🙂😎🐼
Good idea, and one I am considering... thanks 🙂😎🐼
Hope to make one of those too Ninfa, I have a water pump ready 🙂😎🐼
The tea pots would make a wonderful fountain and bird feeder.
Great ideas Martine, thanks 🙂😎🐼
Love the colour of the 'plain' at 7:56 You guys are getting spoiled with all of those lovely bottle digger throw outs. I would be crazy with excitement at even the plain bottles. Keep up the great work saving history. Thanks indeed for sharing.
Yes indeed we were so lucky to find so many lovely things lying around. The plain bottles were beautiful, and we did bring quite a few back with us, they were just too nice to leave! Stay safe and thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
Phil "we're on a Victorian dump". Jeri "get up, brush yourselves off, and keep going". Lol. Caroline I have not heard you be so excited to get bottles in a while. Blessings
😄🙃😄 So many wonderful teapots, bottles and all sorts!! Very exciting Jeriann, and it seems it shows 😄 Take care and thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
Really love the fact that we can go look for goodies in the bottle dump, then visit a castle with a history lesson, theeen visit the shed and make a shelf annnnnd theeeen make a gift envelope made with 100 yr old newspaper from the dump....u two r just amazing....thanku so much for entertaining me!
It's our pleasure Melinda, and we are so grateful for your lovely and encouraging comment. Thank you for your kind words and thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
Lovely Tea pots and newspapers. I see so many things you can do with the newspaper 📰
Glad you liked them Maureen, and you're so right, there are so many craft ideas for the old papers, thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
Let’s go with The Johnsons
If you can drill a hole through the teapots you could put a rod through it and off set them and make a flower planter out of them.
Great idea Margie, thanks 🙂😎🐼
Oh, what fun all of this variety has been!!! Caroline, you are an amazing artist! Thank you for using those very old newspapers with modern paper supplies and tools to give a great gift idea! Phil, you are a man of many talents, and I enjoy the shed miracle most! I love your videos so much!!!
Wow, what a lovely and uplifting comment Rebecca. Thank you so much for all your kind words. We are so happy to hear how much you enjoyed the craft. Take care and thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
What a wonderful trip. Love the new shelf. I think the broken edge gives character. Caroline's envelopes are lovely.
Thanks Angela, you can't beat a bit of character and the price was right too. So glad you enjoyed the paper craft too, thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
The leaning tower of Yorkshire teapots! Very impressive.
Not the easiest thing to balance Geoff, but 'The Plinth' made all the difference 😄 thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
Thank you so much for another wonderful history lesson. I just love them.
That's great to hear Dawn, there's more about Lady Anne and another of her houses in the next video, it's a ruin now but very atmospheric. Thanks for the feedback and thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
A-1 Sauce is still on the shelves in most American shops, surprisingly nearly the same shape. You two are so very talented.
And Canadian as well.
That's interesting, it was a new one to us! Thank you for being so encouraging, and thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
Yes, it’s a very commonly used steak sauce in the US.
Missed yall lots been in hospital had a widowmaker heartattack.gods grace got me threw and healing has florished.
Wow, we're so sorry to hear that you've been so unwell and in hospital, but relieved and thrilled to hear of your recovery and pray that the healing will continue. Take care 🙂😎🐼
The anchor Mudlark is very impressed! The blue & white tea pot is absolutely STUNNING!!! I’ve never seen such a beautiful thing! I bought a yellow & blue pattern teapot at the Charity shops a few weeks ago, it was £4 and looked lovely & vintage so I had to buy it lol. It’s nice to see you both doing crafts - love Caroline’s art Chanel. The tower of teapots shall be your new orlement in the house, just don’t tell Caroline 😃 lol! Beautiful way to recycle wood ⚓️😃
See you next time!
Anchor Mudlark ⚓️
Yes Adam, that was quite a teapot and the handle on it was amazing, I'll try to remember to fetch it from the shed for the live show so you can have a good look at it... Glad you enjoyed Caroline's craft, she's the talented one when it comes to arty things... See you tomorrow, don't be late 😄
@@LetsgowithTheJohnsons Me late? Oh never 😅
What a great adventure. You are both so creative with your finds. I'm so glad you found your pipe Caroline.
Thanks so much Debra, you're so kind, 🙂😎🐼
Missed Tom and one of his superhero emojis!!! Lol
Spoke too soon, Zorro did make a brief appearance.
As they say, "Good things come to those who wait".... who knows maybe a mail-time jingle 😄
In the Us that damaged board is sold for more because it has a 'live edge'. Marketing, it's all about marketing :)
Absolutely, marketing is king these days 🙂😎🐼
My 1st teapot tower I’ve ever seen! Impressive. 😳
Love all those bottles and newspaper Cmas cards. Those are a beauty! Great day. Thanks.
So glad you liked the teapot , I think we may have started a trend and they could be in gardens everywhere soon 😄 Thanks for the feedback on the old paper craft, as we're hoping to do a bit more from Caroline's studio in the future, when we have suitable finds. Stay safe and thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
I live that Osram lamp advert Caroline! I wouldn't be able to cut it up! Old adverts are fabulous aesthetically! I also just had an idea for phil! Why not glue all of the teapots in a tall stack like he did in this film and stick a lamp on top? 😂 A mudlarked teapot lampstand!
Absolutely agree about those old adds Richard, and that's a neat idea for the teapots too, thanks 🙂😎🐼
I had so much fun following around with you two, I can't wait until next time. You two are so much fun to watch. Take care and be happy.
Thank you so much Deborah, we are so happy to hear how much fun you have when you join us on an adventure, thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
I did enjoy seeing the teapots, made me happy 😃
That's great 🙂😎⭐🐼⭐
Caroline, just a reminder to mend the mail time jingle!!! Lol
I think you're doing a great job Ninfa, better than setting a reminder with Alexa 😄 keep up the good work 🙂😎🐼
That’s not a chamber pot.... that’s my husband’s coffee mug!!! Lol
Oops, if I'd known I would have posted it back to him 😄
The castle's are magnificent, what it must be like in person!
We love visiting these ancient buildings Helene, and it's a real joy to share the experience with you... Thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
I think the Palace needs to give Caroline a Royal Charter .... Holiday card maker to the Queen!!! Or maybe Kate. Hey, maybe Kate could become a patron of all mudlark crafters???
Now there's a thought Ninfa... Royal patronage 🤔
Looks like you have invented a new game there:- 'Teapot Towers', crashing good fun!
Yes Sarah, but best played outdoors 😄
Interesting area to look around, although it looked like many Diggers had been there before! Surprised at the number of old teapots found there too!
It is an interesting area Richy, and while it has been very well dug over the years, it's surprising what the bottle diggers leave behind. 🙂😎🐼
Great tip lark and what a fantastic shelf you make for your teapots Phil and it was great to see what you do Caroline with you old news papers . The money envelopes you made are lovely and anyone would love to receive one as a gift 💝.
Glad you enjoyed the DIY & Craft bits Pauline, thanks for the encouraging comment and as always thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
YEAH, Phil's Pots and Caroline paper rescue, Let's Go!
Glad you liked the video Sandra, thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
Fantastic finds, wonderful history, clever Caroline crafts and shed update! There's my Sunday evening complete! xx Teresa 🙏❤🇦🇺
So happy to know that our adventures have proved so entertaining Teresa, thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
Oh no, the show ended 🥺 and I was having so much fun, with all the history, Phil's Shed, Caroline's art/craft, those amazing teapots (maybe a water fountain/tower?) And all the other awesome finds ❤❤❤ , I wanted to jump in the TV and help you; thank you so much 😊😊
Sounds like you enjoyed the show Deb... I think the Teapot Tower Fountain is a project that has to be tried, as I now have a pump witch I think will do the job, and it will clear some space on that shelf too! We're so pleased that you feel so involved in the adventures, thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
Love your teapot tower, shelf building & Caroline’s craft!!!
Thanks Jane... We love the videos from Yorkshire and always have such a great time with Tom 🤠😎🐼
Caroline’s craft was so cute! Thanks for sharing more of that old newspaper. 😊
You are so welcome, thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
You should make packs of them for people to make their own, great for children to make & residential homes. Residential homes often need things to help with the people to bring back happy memories.
Another good suggestion, thanks Heather 🙂😎🐼
That was good fun, although I did feel at a loss for not seeing Tom's Legs. LOL I'm a tea granny since my teens, when my English grandmother let me start drinking it with her. She was from Hove. I have a very large brown betty in my kitchen, which is well used. :D There was so much to see at the dump that I can't imagine how you decided what to leave behind. :o I guess I'll find out tomorrow at the live show. See you both then. Take care and stay safe. Bye for now.
So sorry there were no 👢👢 'Tom's Legs' this week Noralee 😄 Good to hear you're a Tea Granny and that the big Brown Betty is well used. What to leave was a struggle as was the journey back, which was about half a mile and carrying far too much stuff!! See you later and thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
Love the teapot tower. I have seen some here in the US put onto a metal stake. It would look great in your garden.
Great idea Constance, and it would make room for more things in the shed 🙂😎🐼
The Wood is very nice and the teapots o. Ist. I love the teapot tower decorate the Garden and put a flower on top. The envelope is very very pretty
I think a teapot tower as a garden feature is a definite project for the spring Gabriele... So glad you liked the paper craft, thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
A teapot special😃fantastic lark and brilliant finds and what a location👍 wonderful day, thank you for sharing.
Ps…. The shed is coming along nicely, best wishes

So glad you liked the Teapots Marie, thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
I love Caroline's art channel.
The teapot tower would make a nice garden decoration. 😊
It certainly would Tracy, but we'd have to watch the frost in the Winter 🙂😎🐼
Love a good old teapot best thing for planting things in....
Indeed Rhonda, in the garden and in the home, they look great, thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼

A Tea Pot Totem Pole. Brilliant.
Thank you Mars, I think I'll build one in the garden, next spring 🙂😎🐼
What a wonderful show this morning in New Zealand with a cup of coffee. Sorry it wasn’t Tea. Thanku so much. Very enjoyable. ❤️👏😇🙋♀️
Glad you enjoyed it Angella, and don't worry about the Coffee, we're having a Coffee now, but Decaf as it's bed time 😴💤 Stay safe and thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
What a treasure trove that dump is!
It certainly is Annette, thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
Great music added to crafting. Good ideas and those papers are neat. I like old magazines from the 40's, use the ads in decoupage and read the articles too😅great teapots Phil and the price was 👍 right. Nice display...cheers from Michigan 👋🙂
So glad you enjoyed the choice of music as well as the craft 🎵 And you're so right about the price , it's always a sale day at the dump 😄
A lovely envelope Caroline! Good shelf of teapots too!
Thanks so much Kathryn 🙂😎🐼
Oh you so have to make a fountain out of any more teapots you find. Awesome video, crafting and finds with a history lesson too, what more could you ask for. Take care, stay safe and well and see you next time 👍👍👍👏👏👏🥰🥰🥰💖💖💖🍁🍁🍂🍂
Yes Chris, the fountain project is high on the list, So glad you liked the video. Thanks for the great comment and thanks for watching... Stay safe 🙂😎🐼
@@LetsgowithTheJohnsons thank you I will. Ooooo can’t wait to see what you come up with for the fountain 👍👍💖💖

I think you could be right Kathy 😄
I love the teapots and the shelf.
Thank you Gaynor, glad you liked the shelf & teapot display. 🙂😎🐼

Love the history segment. It is all interesting.
That's brilliant Sarah, thanks 🙂😎🐼
Another very enjoyable - and informative video. Loved the shed and crafting sequences! So many amazing finds and beautiful bottles. Loved the 1928 papers. A really great day at the dump for all of us!
All the best! Keep safe! Warmest Regards from Sharon in Gippsland, Victoria, Australia. xo xo 🙂
Wow Sharon, you seemed to like it all, and that's great. Thank you for the encouraging comment and thanks for watching... You stay safe too and don't forget, "Have Fun!" 🙂😎🐼
I Enjoyed this vid. Missed a few, tending to my doggie, but of course I moved it back. Nice move putting up a shelf for the Teapots. Speaking of Teapot, had a new idea for them. Because the spout resembles an Elephant Trunk, Why Not draw two ears, eyes and mouth on the pot? Use broken bits of pottery to mosaic the ears and maybe the eyes and mouth too? It was your idea of mixing the lids up that inspired the idea, Phil. Speaking of Inspiring .... Caroline, Your gift envelopes are Very Cool with all the tactile, textile, fanciness, as well as a bit of history. I once made a button-up boot to hang from the fireplace and trimmed it with the exact lace you used on one of your envelopes. Ain't that somethin'? : ) Big ((Hugs)) to You Both.
That's the joy of RUclips, you can rewind... Glad you like the shelf, and thanks for the idea for 'elephant pots' 🐘 Glad you enjoyed the paper craft too, and what a coincidence with the lace. Stay safe 🙂😎🐼
Great video!! Love your crafting Caroline!!
👍🙂💜
Thanks so much Anna 🙂😎🐼
such a lovely Video, I can only repeat myself: it is such a pleasure watching your adventures and craftings during a relaxed saturday brunch 🥰😃😃
We are so glad you enjoyed it your brunch time viewing, yet again. Thanks for the lovely comment and thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
I lived in settle north Yorkshire not far from Skipton, I went to college at Skipton in 94-96 , they have canals near by Skipton- Bradford. They have a outside markets twice a week.
That's interesting Heather... we love to walk along the canals, and used to cycle along them in France on our holidays. 🙂😎🐼
An extra good (and terrifically long!) video 👏 Loved every minute of it 🥰
Glad you enjoyed it all Michele, we're trying to add variety to the videos, so it's great to hear your feedback. All the best and thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼

That was a great day for Teapots 😄
Lovely creative recycling.
Thank you Sarah and thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
I always laugh when you say you can't read something because you don't have your glasses on...lol
I laugh when Caroline says can I borrow your glasses and hers are on top of her head as a hair band 😄
Very interesting.
Thanks Linda. 🙂😎🐼
Always enjoy your show!
We appreciate that so much Rita, thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
Nice, enjoyed the crafts.
That's great Maria, thanks for the feedback, and thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
The dolls plate, Another you tube page " northern mudlarking " would be interested in the plate for their dolls house
You could turn the shoe into a pin cushion
Great idea Heather 🙂😎🐼
If you had light-weight over-sized gilets with lots of pockets, that you could wear over other clothing, then you could pop small things in the pockets.
Good thinking Sarah, I'll keep an eye out for one 👀 in the charity shops 🙂😎🐼
A hole plate.
Very good 🤔🙂🙃😄
Finally! A bottle digger that likes tea pots! What do u do with them? Plants? Fixer upper?
I've got a few project ideas Kathryn, including a water feature and a table lamp, but for now I like to jumble up the lids, and their on display in the shed waiting for me to have the time for a project, great to hear that you like teapots too. 🙂😎🐼
Have you ever tried to piece together all your broken pieces and glue into a new object. Almost like a puzzle.
I have done a few reassembles which were like big 3D puzzles Joy, including a huge flagon on this video... ruclips.net/video/ZXDVjVLyOyw/видео.html&ab_channel=Let%27sgowithTheJohnsons%21 🙂😎🐼
Skipton have a newspaper printer that prints local newspaper.
The cup with it half covered & the spout off, is a invalid cup.
Thanks for the info and thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
Great video. I saw so many jam/marmalade ridge pots. Did you leave them? I really want some of those! The only one I have found was broken beyond repair x
We did bring a few home with us Linda 🙂😎🐼
Still would like to Phil hosting a “Let’s go to the Auction” episode. Anyone else agree?
It's all online auctions these days Ninfa, not half as interesting as the days when we'd be on the road to West Wales at 5am 🙂😎🐼
I live in skipton I have done all my life, such a beautiful place this is amazing and I’m also a bottle collector / mudlarker
Hi Neil, we're from South Wales as I'm sure you deduced from our ever so subtle accents 😄 But we love Yorkshire and take about 3 trips a year, when we stay near Halifax and then tour around the county making videos for our channel. One of the things that's become popular with many of our viewers is the bits of history that we drop into our show, so Skipton Castle was a must visit location, however Covid restrictions meant we told the story from outside the castle. Our next video which will Premier on RUclips tomorrow at 9pm (Friday) has a direct link to Skipton Castle and was filmed just a few miles away. It's great to hear that you're into bottles & mudlarking, and we agree 100% you do live in a beautiful place. Stay safe, have fun and thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
@@LetsgowithTheJohnsons I’ve watched you for a while now and think your both are brilliant! Thank you for replying! I’m still yet to find skiptons Victorian dump, I’ve been looking for over a year and yet still to find it! 😢 hopefully will find it soon!! I’ve walked miles haha. All the best.
